Hi, The Schema sidebar option will only work on regular pages. It will not work on Shop pages as shop pages are made using WooCommerce. To remove sidebars on the shop pages you will need a custom solution using CSS. Our team can help you with that once you purchase our product. A regular licence is required for WordPress Multisite, there is no need for any special licences. Looking forward to help you.
