"You have switched off my access to the Premium forums without any notice or activity. I just logged in for the first time in a few weeks. My subscription doesn't expire until November. I am logged in. I can see all of my account information. I can download themes. But I cannot post in the Support Forums and I desperately need help with something.
I am a paying customer. Please contact me urgently to explain what is going on. I can see from other posts that I am not the only customer affected. Please respond."
