Unless someone is going to utilize those redirects to create something complex, it should be avoided. It is simply not required with the latest versions of WordPress. As mentioned in my comments, unless you will start adding regular and original content on your website, it is unlikely that Google will give priority to a domain which was penalized in the past. Hello, I just tried submitting the Sitemap using our account and it's showing no errors: I went ahead and removed our account's credentials and left the instructions in the sensitive area. You can follow those links and try to submit the sitemap again. Also, we recommend adding more content to your website with 100% original content. That will help your website get crawled faster.
