  1. Hello, Please accept our apologies for the confusion. Though, the plugin works fine with the page builders like Elementor, Divi etc. As mentioned, our Development Team is working on extending the Content Analysis API, and once it is ready, all the Custom fields will be included in the Content Analysis. Other plugin developers, like ACF, can then tap into the new API and make their plugins compatible. Sorry for the disappointment but as the plugin is just 2 months old, we are still maturing and working hard to extend the plugin to the remaining market. We started off by making the plugin compatible with page builders at first. Also, please stay advised that the plugin will work 100% and will generate proper tags for the search engines, just the content analysis won't work as expected when using plugins like ACF. Hope you understand. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  2. Hello, We are super happy that this resolved your issue. If you have any other questions in future, know that we are here to help you. If you don't mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven't already) on https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/#reviews about your overall experience with Rank Math? 3. Hello, Can you please check the settings of the taxonomies you want to include in the Sitemap from here? /wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-sitemap#setting-panel-sitemap-post-type-event_direct_dir_ltg Let me know once changed so I can check further. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  4. Hello, If you would allow, can we activate the sitemap module and test it on our end? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  5. Hello, Thank you for sharing the details. It seems like those articles are not indexed and shown in the Sitemap and thus the SEO Score wasn't displayed. We might change this in the future and you will be notified through an update if that happens. We appreciate you bringing your perspective to us. If there is anything else you need help with, please let us know. We are here to help.
  6. Hello, I tried in Chrome as well, and it's working fine. I'm not sure why would you want to have a PD added to your URL. If someone asks your website's URL, you would not want to tell them to add PD at the end (assuming the redirection breaks). There is no direct impact on SEO but usually, it should be avoided for better user experience. Also, when creating posts, your URLs will have PD in them which makes no sense and the URL needs to be smaller and to the point. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  7. Hello, The login details are not working. Can you please use the following plugin and generate a link with the admin access? https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/ Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  8. Hello, You can also use the following plugin to generate temporary access: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/ Please choose admin while providing the access. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  9. Hello, Sorry for my ignorance but I'm able to access your website properly. It seems like you installed WordPress in a directory named PD instead That's why the main URL is not accessible and is redirecting to the URL with PD added in the front. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  10. Hello @kyle712 I also wanted to confirm, if you have any redirection setup? If so, try disabling the Redirection Module. If the issue's resolved, there must be some wrong redirection created. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  11. Hello, To help you faster, we would like you to perform a quick conflict check on your website using the instructions below. You can follow these instructions on your live website as well, as running this conflict check does not affect your website visitors. Here are the steps for you to follow. Log into your WordPress Administrator, and navigate to the dashboard Navigate to 'Plugins', and go to 'add new' On the next page, enter 'Health Check' in the search bar and wait for the screen to refresh The official Health Check plugin by WordPress.org should be visible as the first result. Please install and activate the plugin You will reach the plugin page automatically, and a notice will appear. Click 'I understand' to continue On the WordPress Menu on the left, hover over the dashboard. You will notice a new 'Health Check' option, click on it On the page that appears, there will be several tabs. Please navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab Press the 'Enable Troubleshooting Mode' to start the troubleshooter Once you complete these steps, you are in troubleshooting mode. All the plugins on your website have been disabled only for you. Your theme has also been disabled, but only for you. To diagnose the root-cause of your problem, you would enable each plugin one by one until an issue is found. The last plugin that causes the issue will probably the cause of the conflict. Here are the steps in more detail. With all plugins and the theme disabled, try reproducing the issue. If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem. If not, then continue. On the top bar, navigate to the 'Troubleshooting Mode', hover over it, and enable the MyThemeShop plugin in question. After that, try to reproduce the issue. If you have the issue, the plugin is conflicting with WordPress If not, then the plugin is not causing issues with WordPress. Continue to the next step Navigate to the "Troubleshooting Mode" in the top bar again, and enable any other plugin. Then try reproducing the issue. If you have the issue, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with the MyThemeShop Plugin If not, then this plugin is not causing issues with the MyThemeShop plugin Repeat step no 3 by enabling one plugin at a time and checking if the problem exists. When the problem happens, the plugin you last activated is causing the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, then it might be an issue with the theme you are using. Here is how you confirm if your theme and the MyThemeShop plugin are conflicting with each other. Enter troubleshooting mode again using the instructions above. Using the Troubleshooting mode, activate your regular theme by selecting the 'Use your current theme option'. Activate the MTS plugin you want to check and try to reproduce the issue. If the issue appears, your theme conflicts with the MTS plugin. If not, then the issue is with another plugin. You can continue enabling other plugins to pinpoint the plugin and contact their support for a resolution. Once you complete the above steps, please let us know. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  12. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. Can you please tell us what's the issue you are facing? If you are talking about the delay, we have added that intentionally so the plugin does not hamper the overall speed of the editor. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
  13. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. I do not see the Rank Math plugin active on your website. Also, are you using some other plugin for the Schema tags? Looking forward to helping you.
  14. Hello, Sorry for the confusion. If you edit the URL manually, then that thing should be working fine with the Rank Math. Here's a screencast showing the same: http://i.mythemeshop.com/EmyxIk Hope that helps. Thank you.
  15. Hello, There has to be some other plugin which is doing that. Please check the following screencast from the Yoast plugin: http://i.mythemeshop.com/A0410L It also does not alter the URL on its own. Can you please tell us the names of the active plugins on that website? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  16. Hello, What is happening here is that your site is trying to connect to MyThemeShop servers but failing because the connection method your server is using is too old. What needs to be updated is cURL (7.63) and OpenSSL. This should be updated not only for the functionality of MyThemeShop and your SSL connections but for the security of your site in general as well. If you are not hosting the site yourself you will need to reach out to your host and ask them to update cURL. Can you please get back to them? Also, our recommended hosting, SiteGround offers the latest versions of all the Software. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  17. Hello, Thank you. We will check that as well and release an update in the coming week with a possible fix. We appreciate your patience.
  18. Hello, Thank you for your valuable suggestion. It means a lot to us. We will see what we can do with that. If you need any other assistance, please feel free to open a new support ticket. We are here to help.

Could you please leave us a testimonial (if you haven't already done that) on about your overall experience with the plugin and the support? This will help us serve you, our members, better. We appreciate your time and patience. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/reviews/#new-post Thank you in anticipation.
  20. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. That is a feature which is called Schema Breadcrumbs. Google does not give it to every website but the ones which it feels meeting the criteria. You sure you do not want that as users usually ask us why Google is not approving their Breadcrumbs code? Looking forward to helping you.
  21. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. I was able to open the screencast which you sent. That is default WordPress behavior. Once the post's assigned a URL, you need to edit that manually. Simply changing the title doesn't work. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
  22. Hello, I can see the theme adding its own meta tags using a non-standard WordPress method. Can you please try these 2 methods? and if that doesn't work, then this one If none of these work for you, please share your WordPress & FTP login details in the "Sensitive Data" section by clicking the Add button on the top and bottom right-hand side on this ticket and follow the instructions shown in the screenshot below: Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  23. Hello, Thank you for sending the details. We are testing it locally. We seek your patience with this matter and would request you to please check it with the upcoming update in the coming week. In the meantime, if you need any other assistance, please let us know. We are here to help.
  24. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. Are you clicking on the Save Modules button as shown in this screenshot? If so, can you please record a video of the error and send it across? Looking forward to helping you.
  25. Hello, Also, can you please add the URL of the post in the sensitive area where you are facing the issue? As I just noticed that your theme is adding the title tag on its own. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
