We always try to keep our response rates low but depending on the day and time of day you open your thread, you thread can be answered either within an hour or within 4-5 hours. It depends on the number of staff members we have online at a particular time and the number of open threads. If the issue requires our senior dev. teams input, the response time can be higher. We are doing everything we can to improve response times and as it stands, our current response time is lower than most of competition but we are still working hard on improving it. Size for the big image is 785x450, for middle one it is 300x450 and for the right side ones it is 515x225px. Images are cropped from center but that can be changed very easily with a simple edit in functions.php file. 2. Here's a list of all the icons you can use in the theme: http://demo.mythemeshop.com/interactive/icons/ 3. Yes, the mega menu will stay the same. You may have to sign the menu to the proper location though. But, the menu items, settings will remain the same. 4. We do not have it setup in the demo but it works pretty much like it would on any other website. 5. Sure, a bit of CSS code that our support team will provide will take care of it. If you are using WooCommerce, you can use the Tab Manager plugin to show reviews in one tab and a submit review section in another tab. Otherwise, you may have to use any other plugin for tabs because that option is not built into the plugin (I am not sure any review plugin does). Hello, Yes, you can setup widget and the popup with different content as well as configure them with different services. However, you can use only one set of content/service for the popup and one for the widget. You can't have multiple popups with different content. Do you mean this? https://www.freeletics.com/en They are either using a similar theme as JustFit or they have customized the theme quite a bit. You can use PayPal payment buttons to easily sell a product you list on your homepage. The JustFit theme doesn't have an option for the blog section on homepage but our support staff will be able to help you include 2-4 latest posts from your blog on the homepage.
