    Hi, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and I am really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please follow these steps to access the support forum: 1. First of all, you have to login to the MyThemeShop.com portal, not the support forums. You can do so here: https://mythemeshop.com/go/member/ Or, from the Login button on top of all pages on our website. 2. Enter your login details that you used to download your theme or plugin. If you don't recall the username/password, simply check your email for a welcome mail from us. If you don't see it, you can reset your password like shown here: http://take.ms/PyeeI 3. Once you are logged in, just head on over to the support forums. You should be automatically logged on. You can verify this by checking the top right corner of the page. It should look something like this: http://take.ms/s2NJP 4. Open the relevant section on the community forum and start a new topic or view an existing one.     Hello Farukh, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and I am really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact your web host and ask them to increase the PHP upload size limit on your server. You will be able to install it without issues afterward. Or, you can upload via FTP if your host cannot change the upload limit. Hope that helps, please don't hesitate to let me know if you need help with anything else.
  8. Hi Alex, I do understand your issue and I am really sorry that this happened in the first place. In the past 3-4 weeks, we have been facing some server related because of too much traffic coming our way. Due to this, coupled with an unanticipated number of new signups, the mail function didn't work properly for all users. So, the signup mail was never sent to 272 users in the past month. However, it appears that you were not among the users who come into this batch and your signup email was sent without problems. It was opened 6 times till the writing of this reply. Please check the below screenshot for reference: http://take.ms/0OKPL I am sure there is some confusion but if you do not remember opening the email - someone else in your household or offer might have opened it without you knowing. With that said, the issue is fully sorted and our transactional mail service is working a full-capacity. This issue should no longer exist but we will still keep an eye on it.
  9. Hello, As per our records, you never paid for the Corporate theme. Would you mind telling us where you got it? Do you have another account with us that you used to make a purchase? If so, please share the email ID or username of that account so we can locate your payment and help you update the theme to the latest version. Thank you.
