  1. ToddMTS's post in [Reactor] Extended Membership question... was marked as the answer
    Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We are sorry for the confusion.
What that means is if you purchase 1 site, you can use each product on 1 unique domain. So, 72 premium themes can be used on 72 different websites.
But, you can only use one product on 1 domain at one time. Moreover, the Multi-Site is the WordPress multisite environment which is different than the regular WordPress installation. If you buy one domain license, you can install it on unlimited WP Multisites provided the domain remains the same.
With that said, we will try to make the wording more clear. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

  3. ToddMTS's post in [Rank Math SEO Plugin] Strip category base from URL was marked as the answer
    Hello,
    Thank you for your query.
We have that option to remove the category base from your URLs as well.
You can do that from WP > Rank Math > General Settings > Links > Strip Category Base.
    Here's a screenshot for reference:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,
    Thanks for getting in touch.
Really appreciate your feedback. We will see what we can do about that feature request.
For now, please use this tool to manually check the canonical of 10 URLs at a time: https://www.seoreviewtools.com/canonical-url-location-checker/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
  5. ToddMTS's post in [Rank Math SEO Plugin] Rank Math free forever? was marked as the answer
    Hello Pavel,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Although we are playing with the idea of introducing a paid version in the future, the current one you have with all the feature you see right now will always remain free.
If and when we introduce a premium version, it will contain additional features. Nothing will be removed from the current free version.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

For the future redirections, please add additional URLs as I showed you in the screenshot.

  7. ToddMTS's post in [Rank Math SEO Plugin] Snippets showing up on bottom of the page was marked as the answer
    Hello Anthony,
Thank you for getting in touch.
We had to add this option to Rank Math to make the snippets visible on this front-end. This was done to comply with Google guidelines on making the snippets visible as hiding it would gvet your site removed from the rich snippets program.
If you want, you can use this code in your theme's style.css file to hide it:
(or theme options if you are using one of our themes)
#rank-math-review { display:none !important; } Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
  8. ToddMTS's post in [Rank Math SEO Plugin] Similar Pages was marked as the answer
    Hi Michael,
    > Question 1
Yes, that's the idea. If you use a silo structure for your website, this is the best way to ensure you get maximum SE visibility on your pillar posts. If you think all content on your website is created equal, there is no need to use the pillar post option.
    > Question 2
Just like you would without Rank Math. On the right-hand side of your blog post edit area, assign a category to your post like this: http://i.mythemeshop.com/l45plQ
    > Question 3
You can't use a category with pages so this only applies to posts. For the pages, you should be getting Link Suggestions with ALL pages marked as pillar content.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

  11. ToddMTS's post in [WooCart] Can I Customize Woocart was marked as the answer
    Hello Sachin,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. We would love to help.

    1. Yes, you can definitely do that with our theme. When you add a new product, you will have an option to link the add to cart button to an external website of your choosing.

    2. This is not supported by the theme since it isn't built as a coupon template. I am sure you can find third-party plugins/scripts to help you do this effectively.

Hope that helps, please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.

Here are our themes with eCommerce as well as Blog sections:

  15. ToddMTS's post in [Simple] Developer Vs Extended Membership was marked as the answer
    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. I will be happy to assist.

    1. The developer membership is the same as extended membership. The Developer or Extended Membership comes with support for clients or customer websites and you can ask us anything regarding those.

    2. No, you will always be the one receiving support. If your customer needs any assistance, you will have to ask for help. Otherwise, you can buy a new single theme license for your client to have them ask for support directly.

    3. Please check number 2.

    4. Please check number 1.

Hope that helps, please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.
  16. ToddMTS's post in [Schema] Compatibility With My Current Layout was marked as the answer
    Hello,

Thanks for your query. I will be happy to assist.

Although, you have to set a featured images for the thumbnails to work properly on the homepage and other sections - there is work around for setting the featured images for all your previous posts so you don't have to do it manually.

Install this plugin and then run it once: https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-post-thumbnail/. It basically looks for the first image in the post and sets it as a featured image.

Afterwards, please install "Force Regenerate Thumbnails" plugin and run it once as well to create a proper sized set of thumbnails to be used for the theme. Please make sure the theme is activated when you run this plugin.

Hope that helps, please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.

  18. ToddMTS's post in [Developer Package] Purchasing The Developer Package was marked as the answer
    Hi,

We have said that the user can "include" our plugin or theme - but not sell it as is. Selling it without adding any value is like selling pirated movies on a fire sharing website.

In any case, no one is allowed to resell the themes. Yes, you can use it on a client's project or your own which you can then sell to a client - but not sell AS IS.

    Hope I cleared any confusions.
  19. ToddMTS's post in Web Developer Account was marked as the answer
    Hello,

You are free to sell your website that uses one of our themes. However, you cannot resell our themes as-is without adding any value to it.

    What you can do:

    1. Use our themes on unlimited domains with no restrictions.

    2. If you buy a developer license, you can use our themes on unlimited number of client's websites.

    3. You can create a website complete with content and then you can sell your website, not just the theme.

    What you can't do.

    1. Distribute or resell our themes as-is without adding any value to it or if you market them as your own creation.

    2. Offer the theme for free download or for a fee to anyone.

GNU license lets you edit the code freely but you can't sell it without the permission of its owner. Moreover, the code is protected by the GNU license but the designs are protected under copyrights laws and you can't copy the design and market it as you own.

Your clients won't get any support from us. Only the user we collect payment from gets access to our support forum.

    Hope that clears the confusion.

  21. ToddMTS's post in [Glamour] Questions On Glamour Theme was marked as the answer
    Hi,

Yes, it is very simple to do. You just go to Theme Options >> General Settings and upload the logo there that will replace "Glamour" as shown the screenshot. After that, add your ad image or ad code in Appearance >> Widgets >> Text and drag it to "Header Ad" section on the right hand side. This will replace the image on the right of "Glamour" logo.
