  6. Hi Alejandro, Thank you for your query. All our WordPress themes are faster than the competition and if you like a particular style - don't let the speed hold you back. Any MyThemeShop theme, with proper caching and minification, can be made almost as fast as Schema. Schema is still going to be the fastest but if you think any other style suits your requirements - go for it. With that said, I would recommend getting Schema and then using any free page builder like Elementor to customize it. It also has many options for customizing the look and style and if you don't like it for any reason within 30 days - you can ask for an exchange or for your money back It is a no-brainer purchase if you want the fastest theme for your store. We tried everything including using other Sitemap plugins to generate your sitemaps and submitted them to GSC but the problem persists. We think this issue might be arising from your web host. Could you please get in touch with your web hosting provider and ask them about this? Do let us know how it goes.
  10. Hello Alex, I am sorry if it has been confusing. 1. This is not an issue with Rank Math + Expertly theme. As shown in our screencast, Rank Math works perfectly fine with Expertly theme. 2. It is possible that a combination of Rank Math + Expertly + some other plugin is causing this issue. Or, it could just be Rank Math + some other plugin. 3. We can't determine which plugin that is until we are able to deactivate some of the plugins and perform a health check using the plugin we showed you. Do let us know if you want us to do the health check for you.

About the robots.txt issue, it seems like the error is incorrect (or you recently changed it). If you are using the WPBakery Page Builder, this is a known issue in the latest version and will be fixed in an upcoming update of the plugin. If that isn't the case, please share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can take a closer look at this.

  20. Hello, We are sorry about the trouble this must have caused. Please follow these steps to fix the issue. 1. Go to WP > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and hit the save button once. 2. Go to WP > Settings > Permalinks and hit the save button once. That should fix the issue. You can verify that your sitemap is opening by opening each sitemap URL in your browser. Then, use the GSC's resubmit option to make Google re-crawl your sitemap. If for any reason you aren't able to open the sitemap link in your browser, please open share your WP logins using the sensitive data section so we can take a closer look at this. Thank you.

  22. Hello, We are extremely sorry about that. The latest version of Rank Math is adding a new redirect automatically. That's causing this issue. I logged into your site using the logins you provided and removed that redirection. The website is working fine now. Please do let us know if you encounter any other issues.
  23. Yes, believe it is an issue with redirections in the latest version of Rank Math. For now, please disable the redirection that is causing this issue.
