  1. Hi, Sorry for the late reply. No, the plugin does not have such feature. We will definitely consider adding it in an update in the future. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  2. Hello, Thanks for your interest in our theme, and sorry for the late reply. 1. The Mega Menu plugin has to be purchased separately. 2. There is no plugin included, but we have a number of free plugins available, that are compatible with all our themes, and most third-party themes as well. 3. We don't have any promotion running right now. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter, as we often send out special offers to our subscribers. 4. Of course, the copyright text can be removed from all our themes, even the free ones. 5. We offer refunds under select circumstances. You can find out more on our FAQ page.
  3. Hello, Here are the answers to your questions: 1. Reviews left through comments are basically comments with the additional rating stars field, so you can moderate them the same way as comments can be moderated. 2. Yes, any visitor can leave a simple stars-based rating if you enable the user rating feature. You can restrict the reviews through comments to logged-in users only, by restricting the commenting possibility. 3. I'm not sure what you mean exactly. There are a number of ways to include the ratings in your theme template files, let us know if you need help with that. Hope that helps.
  4. Hello, Unfortunately, current version of Minimalia & Saturation themes don't have built-in support for rich snippets/microdata. We may add it in a future update though. You can try third-party plugins, for example WP SEO by Yoast will insert various meta data into your site's code. Our Review plugin also adds the required meta data for ratings and other review information to show up on the search engine results pages. Hope that helps.

I'm glad your problems got resolved with the help of our support team. Please feel free to open a new thread if you need help with anything else.

  8. Hi, We have a couple of WooCommerce-compatible themes available: https://mythemeshop.com/theme-category/wordpress-ecommerce-themes/ The free WooCommerce plugin is a full-fledged eCommerce solution, it supports both physical and digital/downloadable products. You may also want to try the Easy Digital Downloads plugin. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with this plugin for our themes, however, I think there won't be any major issue with it. Hope that helps.
  9. Hello, It's a pleasure to see feedback like this, I'm really glad my colleagues were able to help with the issues you had. Please feel free to open a new thread if you need help with anything.
  10. Hello, 1. Sure, it is possible to use the widget alongside the popup option. 2. No, the widget will certainly not slow down your site. 3. Yes, it is compatible with all our themes, as well as with most other third party themes. 4. Yes, you can integrate with GetResponse or MailChimp. 5. Yes, you can add the signup form right after single post content, there is an option for that in the plugin settings. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  11. Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I'll try to answer your questions one by one: 1. It is possible to implement wishlist functionality from eMaxStore theme in Schema, but you'll definitely need some coding skills for that. Look for wishlist-related code in functions.php, functions/theme-actions.php, and js/ajax.js files in eMaxStore theme. Alternatively, you could try a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/ 2. You can add custom post types to Schema and all our other themes. 3. You can create a page with the Full Width page template, and set it as homepage in Settings > Reading. 4. The maximum width of Schema is 1152px, and there are CSS breakpoints at 960px, 865px, 728px, 720px, 600px, 550px, 480px, 320px. 5. We use our own framework, it is not based on Underscores, and does not use Bootstrap either. 6. There is no hook right after the slider area, but it can be done by overriding the homepage with a new template file, in a child theme. Please open a new thread if you need more help with this. 7. It is possible to change the schema.org structured data from blog to store, or add extra markup for store. You can find some information and example codes here: https://schema.org/Store 8. It is not possible to manually edit the structured data added by the theme. 9. The image optimization plugin should work fine in Schema. Hope that helps.

  15. Hello, No, WP Subscribe Pro has to be purchased separately. You can also use the free version of WP Subscribe plugin with the theme though. Hope that helps. Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.
  16. Hi, Here are the answers for your questions: 1. No, unfortunately, the theme has no built-in support for WooCommerce, however, it might just work fine. 2. Yes, that should be possible with some additional CSS. Feel free to create a new thread, we will assist you. 3. Yes, you can choose the sections used and their ordering. 4. Corporate theme is similar to OnePage, the main difference is the overall look of the theme, and they have some different homepage sections to choose from. Hope that helps.
  17. Hi, Yes, you can add and remove sections that show posts from a specific category or the latest posts, and choose any of the 4 layouts you can see on the demo homepage. Hope that helps.
  18. Hello, Sorry for the delayed answer. Yes, Schema theme has the necessary markup for Article type microdata. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other question.
  19. Once canceled, you can only reactivate your membership by paying the signup fee again. Hope that helps.
  20. Hi, Here are the answers for your questions: 1. Yes, video posts in the theme have the required meta data for Google and other search engines to pick up video thumbnail and duration and show them on result pages. 2. As videos are technically posts with Post Format set to Video, I don't think there will be any issue with your permalink structure, it should work after changing the theme. Hope that helps. Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.
  21. Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider adding an alternative header layout like that in the future. If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.
  22. Hello, The video player can be customized with CSS. Existing videos in your posts will work, but they will simply show up in the traditional way. To make them show up in the custom video player at the top, you need to set the post format to Video, and add the video ID in the proper field on the post editing screen. The AJAX search feature present in other themes is included in this theme as well, it's just not enabled on the demo site. There is no header search form, you need to use the Search Widget to show the search form on the site. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other question.
  23. Hi, As Videos are technically posts, it should be possible for users to create their own posts using a plugin like Guest Posts: https://wordpress.org/plugins/guest-posts/ Alternatively, you could let the visitors fill out a form when submitting videos (using Contact Form 7 or similar plugin), and you (or another administrator) would create the post with the video, filling out the Submitted by field to show the visitor's name instead of the post author name. Hope that helps.
  24. Hi, Our new Video theme uses the same method for thumbnails as our other themes: Featured Images need to be selected for the posts (videos) to show thumbnails in various parts of the theme. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other question.
  25. Hello, Once you purchase a single theme license or a Membership/Developer account, you can use our themes on any number of sites, for lifetime. However, for using the themes on clients' sites, or, for example, including one of our plugins in a theme package, you will need to purchase the Developer account. You cannot resell the themes/plugins without any added value. Hope that helps.
