  1. Hello, Sorry for the issues. Normally, when you switch from the free version to the Pro one, the links should not be deleted. Please try deleting the plugin through FTP (it is located in the /wp-content/plugins directory) instead of uninstalling it from the WordPress dashboard. Hello, The demo site for the Video (Learning) theme is now fully https-compatible: https://demo.mythemeshop.com/video-learning/ The issue was simply that the favicon file was added with a http URL instead of the https. We have fixed this and there is no SSL issue anymore. All our themes are https-compatible, but if you experience any issue related to that, we are here to help you fix it.     Hello, Thank you for contacting us. 1. The user ID of the link creator is stored in the database (in the link_owner column), however, they are not displayed anywhere in the plugin. Doing so might require some custom coding. Can you tell us where would you like to display it? 2. All administrators can see all the links and there is no easy way to restrict it. 3. There is no built-in way to do this but it might be possible with a third-party plugin such as this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ Hope that helps.

    Hello, Sorry for the issues. Are you sure the issue is related to https? Our demo site is on https and all the features are working fine there. I tried accessing the page you linked in the Sensitive Data field, but even after logging in with the details you left, it is still showing the maintenance page on that link. In order to troubleshoot the issue, we will need access to it. Is it possible perhaps that the issue is related to the maintenance mode on your site?     Hello, Sorry for the late response. It seems this is due to some CSS issue, related to the theme you are using, or another plugin. Please insert the following custom CSS code on your site: .review-result-wrapper i { width: 16px; display: inline-block; } .review-result-wrapper { width: 102px; } You can add it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, or if your theme has Custom CSS support then you can insert it there in the appropriate field as well. Then the ratings should show up correctly, like this: Hope that helps.

  7. Hello, I can also see that the file now contains the translations correctly. You will need to generate the required .mo file to make the translation work. I have created this for you and attached to this post, but for future reference I'm telling that you can use Poedit app for this, you just need to open the .po file and then save the file, it should generate the .mo file along with the .po. Alternatively, you can try an online service such as https://po2mo.net/ Once the .mo file is uploaded in the wp-content/languages/plugins directory, the translations should work on your site.   8. Hello, Thank you for the explanation video. The Create and Download .po file button should give you the final .po file that contains all the translations, but it seems something is wrong there and the file only contains the original strings, without the translations. I just tried the same locally and it is not working for me either. It is possibly a bug in the plugin. I have found a temporary solution for this issue. Please open the plugin file my-wp-translate/admin/class-my-wp-translate-admin.php and find this line in it: $name = str_replace( array( 'mts_', 'mts-' ), '', $tab ); Change it to this: $name = str_replace( array( 'mts_' ), '', $tab ); Basically, you just need to remove the , 'mts-' part in the line. Then the exported .po file should contain the translations correctly. Hope that helps.

    Hello, I just tried Diary theme on a local test install and after making the changes in the Settings as suggested by my colleague, I got the correct URL structure, and the /blog page showed the posts exactly the same way it did on the front page before making the changes. Diary theme also doesn't come with breadcrumbs functionality. Are you using Diary or another theme on your site? Can you tell us what is not working on the Blog page on your site? I'd like to add that many of our themes do include a "Blog" page template you can use for any sub-page. Looking forward to helping you.
  11. Hello, The zip file you uploaded contains a .po file, however, the translations seem to be missing in that file – from what I see it only contains the original strings in English language. Once the translations are in place, you can upload the file to /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder, with this filename: mts-notification-bar-hu_HU.po, then the translations should work.   12. Hi, I'm afraid we won't be able to help any further. The change I suggested works on a test install, even the modified version of the file you uploaded here works fine there. The issue seems to be specific to your site – the reason could be the theme, another plugin, WP core, or some server configuration issue. If you are using latest WP, and try it with a default theme and only WP Review and Worth the Read plugins activated, and it is still not working, then we can eliminate the first three reasons, and it can only be related to the server, so you may want to take a look at the server logs.   13. Hello, I just tested using your edited version of the worth-the-read.php file (worth-the-read.txt) on my test install, and it is working fine as well. This new issue might be related to the theme. To check, you can try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen and see if it works there. Please also make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress. Hope that helps.

    Hello, From the Settings page of the plugin you can set the default criteria to rate and the default schema type, but for individual reviews it is possible to change these. In other words, you can have a Book review and a Movie review on the same site, with different criteria and schema. Hope that helps If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.
  15. Hello, Truncating a table means emptying it, i.e. deleting all its data. This is not reversible, but you can export the table contents before doing it, which you can later re-import. To truncate the table, you need to navigate to the table in PhpMyAdmin and then click on the Empty tab at the top.
