  1. Hi, I'm afraid we won't be able to help any further. The change I suggested works on a test install, even the modified version of the file you uploaded here works fine there. The issue seems to be specific to your site – the reason could be the theme, another plugin, WP core, or some server configuration issue. If you are using latest WP, and try it with a default theme and only WP Review and Worth the Read plugins activated, and it is still not working, then we can eliminate the first three reasons, and it can only be related to the server, so you may want to take a look at the server logs. Hope that helps.
  2. Hello, I just tested using your edited version of the worth-the-read.php file (worth-the-read.txt) on my test install, and it is working fine as well. This new issue might be related to the theme. To check, you can try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen and see if it works there. Please also make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress. Hope that helps.
  3. [WP Review Pro] Profile

Hello, From the Settings page of the plugin you can set the default criteria to rate and the default schema type, but for individual reviews it is possible to change these. In other words, you can have a Book review and a Movie review on the same site, with different criteria and schema. Hope that helps If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.
  4. Hello, Truncating a table means emptying it, i.e. deleting all its data. This is not reversible, but you can export the table contents before doing it, which you can later re-import. To truncate the table, you need to navigate to the table in PhpMyAdmin and then click on the Empty tab at the top. Here is a video showing the same: The statistics do not delete automatically, however, we will definitely consider adding such functionality in a future update. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Hope that helps. If there's anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  5. Hello, I checked the file contents you uploaded but I don't see any issue in it. This is a really strange error message: Error: Call to undefined function get_post_field() It definitely points to the line we just changed (the one starting with "$word_count =..."), so that's where the problems stems from. But the get_post_field() function is a core function that should be defined already when this code runs. Additionally, this function was already there before you made the change. And, as I mentioned, it's working fine on my local test install. Does it work when you revert the change? To: $word_count = str_word_count(strip_tags( get_post_field( 'post_content', $post->ID ))); Looking forward to helping you.
  6. Hello, I just tested the code locally and it is working correctly for me, the "min read" value gets calculated from the review content. Please make sure to edit the file correctly, by copying and pasting the line from my previous post. Hope that helps.
  7. Hello, That seems to be a separate issue. Sorry, I didn't notice it previously. It should be possible to solve it by changing this line in the same plugin file: $word_count = str_word_count(strip_tags(get_post_field( 'post_content', $post->ID ))); To this: $word_count = str_word_count(strip_tags( apply_filters( 'the_content', get_post_field( 'post_content', $post->ID )))); Hope that helps.

  9. Hello, I tested the plugins locally, and I found that the solution I provided on the topic is only partial: once that is done (changing that 10 to 11 in the plugin file), you also need another small change a little lower in the file. Please find this line: >' . $content . '</div>'; Change it to this: >' . $content . '<div style="clear: both;"></div>' . '</div>'; That fixed the issue for me on my local test install. Let us know how that helps. On a side note, maybe you could take a look at our WP Time To Read plugin, it has a similar feature to the other plugin you are using, among other useful features. If there's anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  10. Hello, This is happening because Safari automatically turns the numbers into clickable links, and the link color is set to #c977d6, same as the background color. To solve the issue, please change the "Link Color/Button Color" in the "Style" tab of the bar settings, or add this custom CSS code to your site: .mtsnb a { color: #fff !important; } Hope that helps.
  11. [Content Locker] I can't save settings?

Hello, I have logged in to your site to take a look at this issue, and I see that the page in question does not get loaded in its entirety. This is most probably due to some server error. To find the exact reason for this, you will need to enable WP_DEBUG in your WordPress config file and check the Plugin Settings page again (the error message should appear at the bottom), or take a look at the server logs and see if there are any related errors there. Please let us know the error message so we can further assist you. Thank you.
  12. Hello, So this issue is resolved for you? It is not happening after upgrading to the Pro version? It is strange because the authorization process is the same in both versions of the plugin. Anyway, we will take a look at the free version to make sure it also works as expected. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  13. [Content Locker] Channels unlocked

Hello, It shows there the page on which the user unlocked the content for the first time. This feature works the same way in the Pro version of the plugin. Hope that helps.
  14. Hello, Sorry for the late response. Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if there is some kind of conflict issue? Please also try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen to check if it's related to the theme. In case it is still not working with a default theme and no other plugins activated, then please edit your fist post above and share your WordPress & FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field so we can take a closer look. Thank you.
  15. Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the quiz results with the plugin. We will, however, consider adding such option in it in the future. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
