  1. Hello, So this issue is resolved for you? It is not happening after upgrading to the Pro version? It is strange because the authorization process is the same in both versions of the plugin. Anyway, we will take a look at the free version to make sure it also works as expected. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  2. Hello, It shows there the page on which the user unlocked the content for the first time. This feature works the same way in the Pro version of the plugin. Hope that helps.
  3. Hello, Sorry for the late response. Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if there is some kind of conflict issue? Please also try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen to check if it's related to the theme. In case it is still not working with a default theme and no other plugins activated, then please edit your fist post above and share your WordPress & FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field so we can take a closer look. Thank you.
  4. Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the quiz results with the plugin. We will, however, consider adding such option in it in the future. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  5. Hello, Apparently you are using a modified version of the theme: the style.css file does not contain the theme information required by My WP Translate to function. On top of that, the theme is also outdated. Please try it with the original, latest version of the theme and it should work correctly. Hope that helps.
  6. Hello and greetings,

I have purchased Newspaper theme and installed it on one of my sites(

But, I am facing an issue with the theme now.  When I click on a post or page in my wordpress site, a pop up appears and leads

me to sites like 1click ads etc.  I have not installed any pop up plugins etc.  I see the problem only with the Newspaper theme.

When I deactivate that theme and activate another theme, no such pop ups appear like onclkads, pucknhockey etc.

It changes and shows different such f***g sites one after another.

So, I uninstalled and removed Newspaper theme, deleted related files and re-installed it it again.

Even after the re-installation, the pop-up appears when I click anywhere on the posts or pages on my site.

Is this a problem with the Newspaper theme?

Please clarify urgently.  I have checked this deactivating the installed plugins, but to no avail.

Please tell me what to do.

  7. Hi, Sorry for the late response. A similar issue was fixed recently in the plugin. Are you using the latest version 1.1.0? Please also try switching to a default theme such as Twenty Fifteen and test it there too, to see if it's related to the theme. Let us know how that helps. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
  8. Hello, That can be achieved easily using child theme files. Please create a new "wp-review" folder in your (child) theme directory, and then copy the following file in the new folder: wp-review-pro/box-templates/default.php. That is the template file for the review box, you can make edits in it, and the one in the child theme folder will override the default one in the plugin directory, so the customizations will be kept even if you update the plugin. You can also find a list of available filter hooks with examples in the filter-list.php file, inside the plugin folder. Hope that helps. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

  11. Hello, Sorry for the issues. From your screenshot it seems something went wrong the CSS code, which controls the appearance of the elements. We did not receive reports about similar issues in the past, but if this is in fact caused by a bug in the plugin, we will release an update to fix it ASAP. We will need to take a closer look to troubleshoot this. I checked the URL from your screenshot, but I couldn't find the review on that page. Along with the login details, please also send us a link to a page where we can see the issue. Thank you. Looking forward to help.
  12. Hello, We have checked your site and what we found is that the theme replaces the built-in jQuery library in WordPress with a different version of it, which breaks the plugin, and might cause other issues as well on the site – theme and plugin authors should not be doing this. Once we changed that to load the latest version, available in WordPress core, then the quiz is loading correctly on the page, but there is another error showing up when we try to actually flip the image. The error is coming from another theme Javascript file: js/vendor/ Please contact the theme authors about the errors. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
  13. Hello, Are you sure that the provided FTP details are correct? I'm unable to access your site using those. We will need the correct FTP server address, username and password. Thank you. Looking forward to help.
  14. Hello, Sorry for the late response. We have checked your site but we could not find the cause of the issue. Please share the FTP access details as well, so we can try some changes in the plugin code. Thank you. Looking forward to help.
  15. Hi, Normally, a plugin file gets loaded inside an iframe when the shortcode selection popup appears, and on your site that file returns a 404 error, as if the file was missing. Please check if the file exists: /wp-content/plugins/wp-shortcode/tinymce/editor_plugin.php If it does not exist, please try uploading the files again through FTP. If the file does exist, please contact your hosting provider, as that 404 may actually be caused by some other error, or some server configuration issue. Hope that helps.
