  2. Hello, I have logged in to your site to check this, and the problem apparently is that the necessary Javascript files don't get loaded when we are editing the template. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Please try disabling all other plugins to see if it's some kind of conflict issue with another plugin. If that doesn't help, please try switching temporarily to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen, to rule out conflicts with the theme. If it's still not working after this, then please edit the Sensitive Data field and include your FTP access details so we can take a closer look and try some changes in the code. Thank you.   4. Hello, Thank you for adding that. I have logged in to your site and made a small change in the header.php theme template file using WP's built-in file editor, available from Appearance > Editor. Now the Tab Widget seems to work fine. We will investigate the issue and release an update if necessary. For future reference, here is what I changed in header.php file: <script type="text/javascript" src=""></script> I replaced it with <!-- <script type="text/javascript" src=""></script> --> <?php wp_enqueue_script( 'jquery' ); ?> Hope that helps.

  6. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. 1. The button on that page only reveals a comment box. The plugin works with default comment boxes of posts and pages but it doesn't have the ability to show or hide a comment box as that is part of a theme. 2. This may be possible, using a third party plugin. As reviews made with the plugin are technically comments, a "comment email notification" plugin from the repository should do it. 3. This is not possible by default, however, it should not be too hard to do it by editing the plugin files and we can help with that. 4. That's currently not supported. 5. The required fields would depend on the theme commenting section. 6. You can insert the review to show in any page using a shortcode. 7. You can change the color of the review boxes. 8.   8. Hi, Sorry for the issues. Are you sure that it is a new notice on your screenshot? Update notices are cached by the Updater plugin and they expire after a certain time, or when the list of themes/plugins (or their version numbers) change. So it is possible that you are still seeing an older notice. I have logged in to your site and I don't see the notice from your screenshot. I also tried changing the version number of Schema plugin, to force an update notice, but the faulty notice still didn't appear. Please confirm that it is still happening and we will take a closer look. Also please don't dismiss the notice if it appears. Thank you. Looking forward to help.

WooCommerce supports digital products (such as ebooks) out of the box, and there are even some extensions available to enhance the experience, for example this one: You can create authors manually in WordPress, or let them register to your site, then you should be able to edit their user's capabilities with a plugin like this: Hope that helps. For now, you can edit the plugin file mts-url-shortener/admin/class-url-shortener-admin.php and change the following line: $this->prettylinks_installed = (bool) get_option( 'prli_options', false ); Change it to this: $this->prettylinks_installed = false; That should prevent the notice from showing up.   12. Hi, The API key can only be used to download theme and plugin updates through our Updater plugin. Hope that helps.
  13. Hi, Normally, you only need to enter the login details once in the Updater plugin, then you should be able to install updates as long as your membership is active. On a side note, once you connect a site, your password is not even stored on the server, only an API key is saved there. You can try a plugin like this one to hide or disable access to menu items for specific users, you can use it to hide the MyThemeShop menu item for your client. We do not offer updates once the subscription has expired. Hope that helps.
