  1. Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and also for the proposed solution. We will make sure to fix this in an update soon. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  2. Hi Gee, The eCommerce theme uses the WooCommerce plugin for its store-related functionality. WooCommerce supports digital products (such as ebooks) out of the box, and there are even some extensions available to enhance the experience, for example this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-for-digital-goods/ You can create authors manually in WordPress, or let them register to your site, then you should be able to edit their user's capabilities with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
  3. Hi, Sorry for the issues. That notice should be dismissible of course. For now, you can edit the plugin file mts-url-shortener/admin/class-url-shortener-admin.php and change the following line: $this->prettylinks_installed = (bool) get_option( 'prli_options', false ); Change it to this: $this->prettylinks_installed = false; That should prevent the notice from showing up. We will make sure this is not happening in future versions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  4. Hi, The API key can only be used to download theme and plugin updates through our Updater plugin. Hope that helps.
  5. Hi, Normally, you only need to enter the login details once in the Updater plugin, then you should be able to install updates as long as your membership is active. On a side note, once you connect a site, your password is not even stored on the server, only an API key is saved there. You can try a plugin like this one to hide or disable access to menu items for specific users, you can use it to hide the MyThemeShop menu item for your client. We do not offer updates once the subscription has expired. Hope that helps.
  6. Hi, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're glad you liked our products and that we could help with the adjustments. If you have any other question, please feel free to create a new thread in the forums.
  7. Hi, Sorry for the confusion – the update is out for the Pro version which had the same bug in it. We will release the update for the free version too. And of course, for the free version you don't need the updater plugin. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
  8. Hi Jack, The update should be out already – as I mentioned, in order to update our premium products you need to use our Updater plugin (available from your account at mythemeshop.com), because those are not present on the wp.org repository so WordPress doesn't know about the update without our extension. You can also just download the new version from your account at mythemeshop.com and install the update manually on your site. Hope that helps.
  9. Hi, An update has been released to fix the compatibility issues with Multisite. If there is any issue, please let us know. Thank you.
  10. Hi, We were able to reproduce this issue on a test install, it seems to be a bug in the plugin. An update will be released soon to fix this. Please use our Updater plugin to get notified about the new version and install it easily from your WP dashboard. Thank you for bringin this to our attention. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
  11. Hello Greg, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. I have logged in to your site and enabled the WP Review plugin, then I checked the Customizer and it seems to work fine for me. Could you please tell us some details about the issue? What exactly is not working as expected? And what OS/browser are you using? Thank you. Looking forward to help.
  12. Hello, The issue is most probably not related to the theme – there isn't any code in the theme that could be causing this. Nonetheless, we will keep an eye out for similar issues in the future and we will investigate this if it comes up again. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  13. Hi, Sorry for the issues. We were not able te reproduce the first bug you described – both the free and the pro version of the plugin seem to redirect to the correct URL. In which version is this happening for you? And which redirection method are you using? If you could share your site URL and login details, that would help us with the troubleshooting process. You can share it by editing your first post above and inserting them in the Sensitive Data field. As for the second issue, it was due to a bug in the plugin and has been fixed since. You just need to update the plugin to the latest version and the issue should be gone. We appreciate your feedback. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  14. Hi Laugharne, You can remove the notice by editing the plugin file wp-tab-widget.php, you need to delete (or comment out) the following line: add_action('admin_notices', 'wp_tab_widget_admin_notice'); However, you will lose the changes when you update the plugin and you will have to do it again. You can remove the update notices permanently by upgrading to the Pro version of the plugin. Also feel free to deactivate/delete the suggested plugins which you don't need. Hope that helps.
  15. Hello, Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the URL Shortener plugin. However, we will definitely consider adding it in a future update. Thank you for the suggestion. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
