Hi, The thumbnails size is 200x200, the thumbnails in the sidebar are 80x80 and the slider is 610x250. So, for the posts you would like to include in the slider, the featured image should be at least 610x250, for other posts it should be 200x200 or larger to display properly. Wordpress will crop and resize the images automatically after uploading.
