[Memberships] Developer Memberships Themes & Plugins Sales
Ben replied to mvsu01's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, Unfortunately, none of our packages allow reselling of any of our item. You can only use our themes/plugins on your client(s) website(s), providing you have purchased the Developer membership. You as their representative will get all the updates & support. Hope that helps. If there is anything, please let me know. Thank you. -
Hi, There must've been a typo in the newsletter. Please try this coupon code: Holidays9USD Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any theme in our portfolio that would allow that. Many of our themes come with various layout-related options, but it is not possible to set these depending on the displayed category, it's a global setting in most cases. And thanks for the feedback about the loading speeds. As the themes are very different, the loading speed may vary, but fast loading is one of our main concerns when developing our themes.

[WP Mega Menu] About The Numbers Of Sub Cats Possible!
Ben replied to rogerpilon's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Yes, that is correct, the mega menu will show first and second level subcategories of the main category. By the way, the main category itself can be a subcategory as well. -
[WP Mega Menu] About The Numbers Of Sub Cats Possible!
Ben replied to rogerpilon's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, If you set the mega menu to show only Subcategories, then it'll show the subcategories of the main category, as well as second level subcategories. If the mega menu is set to show Subcategories & Posts, then it'll show subcategories of the main category on the left, and it will list posts from the main category or subcategories on the right. Hope that helps. -

[SociallyViral] Main Page And Category Page Change
Ben replied to usman153's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, There is no alternative homepage layout in SociallyViral. It is possible however to disable the widget area on the right side of the first row. All the featured images on the homepage should be the same size, if they aren't, please try using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. I'm not sure what you mean when you say there is 1 post space left blank on the website, could you tell some details about that? In the future, please create a new topic for any question, as the original creator of this topic might receive unwanted email notifications about the new posts in this thread. This applies to any subsequent messages related to your last question as well: please create a new topic in the forum. Thanks. -
Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. Please contact us about this via the contact form on our website: https://mythemeshop.com/contact-us/ Or send a message to support-team@mythemeshop.com. My colleagues will assist you.

Hi, The Parallax page is a page template (available for posts as well) and it will show the featured image in the parallax area. As such, it can be different in each post. Best theme doesn't have built-in WooCommerce support, which means that it doesn't contain the WooCommerce-related codes and optimizations like the other themes, and there might be some styling issues as well with the plugin. The theme may work fine with the plugin but we cannot guarantee full compatibility. I suggest taking a look at Schema theme, it has similar layout to Best, and it's WooCommerce-compatible. WooCommerce plugin isn't included in any of our themes, it has to be installed separately. And I'd advise against using reviews on all posts, though I'm not an SEO expert. Unless all posts are reviews about specific items of course. I think the review (and the related meta data that Goole picks up & displays on SERPs) should only be used when appropriate. We've added the reviews on the demo site just to show off the review functionality. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other question.

[WP Review Pro] Pre-Sale > Gd Staring Migration & Custom Post Type
Ben replied to popsantiago's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, - Yes, reviews can be added for custom post types. - Yes, it should be possible to enable only the user reviews. - No, unfortunately, it is not possible to import existing review/rating data. Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions. -
Hi, No, unfortunately, it's the same in WP Review and WP Review Pro plugin: visitors can only leave a global rating for the reviewed item. We have some plans for improving the user rating feature, we'll probably make this possible in the future. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

[SociallyViral] Interested In Buying The $67 Membership, But...
Ben replied to meatofpeach's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, That's right, you can cancel it anytime, you won't be billed anymore, and you can keep using the products for lifetime. Keep in mind though that after your account reverts to free membership, you won't be able to download the premium themes & plugins anymore, and won't be entitled for premium support. -
[WP Review Pro] Example Of Wp Review On Serp
Ben replied to lordzden_1991's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, Unfortunately, our demos are not indexed by search engines, so the example reviews won't show up in SERP. But I'm pretty sure you can find some other users' sites with WP Review installed by looking on the forum, then you can try searching for those in Google. Or maybe someone will stumble upon this thread and share their own site in the future. But you can rest assured that the reviews have the correct structured data so that they can appear in SERPs. Whether Google will display it or not is another question, the structured data is not enough, there are some other things they take into account, like the overall quality of the site, the relevance between the search query and the reviewed item, and if the particular page's main content is about the reviewed item or not. Hope this helps. -
[Splash] If I Purchase A Time And Customize And Old Version...
Ben replied to pau's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, If you edit the theme files directly, those changes will be lost when you update the theme. But the CSS of the theme can be customized easily by inserting code in the Theme Options > Styling Options > Custom CSS, and this CSS code will stay there in case of an update. If you want to customize more than just the CSS and don't want to lose the changes later, you'll need to create a child theme. Hope this helps. -
Hi Carmelo, Ecommerce functionality in our themes are provided by the free WooCommerce plugin. I don't think it has built-in support for iDEAL payments, but with a quick Google search I have found a premium extension that might be able to do it: http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-mollie/ Hope this helps.

[Splash] Single Theme In Multiple Domains
Ben replied to bloggingshout's topic in Pre Sales Questions
Hi, Absolutely, you are free to use it on unlimited domains as long as you own those domains. Using it on clients' sites require a Developers License. Hope this helps. -
Hi, To get the same layout and content, please download the Demo Data package for the theme from your account at mythemeshop.com, extract the zip file, and follow the instructions in the readme file. If you have your own content and don't want to import that, you will just need to go to the Theme Options > Import / Export, and import the demo preset with one click. Then you can tweak the settings as you wish. Hope this helps.
