2. JustFit theme does not come with any builder. You can customize the Home page using the Theme Options panel.
For the other pages, you can use any page builder you want.

However, anything you download can be used for the lifetime on your website for which you purchased the product. There is a nominal renewal fee per year for receiving updates and support after one year has lapsed, but you can cancel that at any time.
You have purchased one product on October 14 and another on November 14 and you are being charged on the same date every year.
There are no other purchases associated with your account which will get you billed every month.

As you are facing issues, you need to make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin, latest version of PHP on your site.
Deactivate all your plugins except this one and check if that works.
Enable the default theme and check.
That'll fix the issue most probably.
