Also, once you renew your subscription, you need to download MyThemeShop: Themes/Plugins Updater plugin from your account and install it to your site.

Once installed, you need to connect your Dashboard with your account using the plugin's popup.

When you are connected, you can see the update notification on your Dashboard and can update the theme directly from there.

Schema theme is using very less scripts and styles to make it fast.

You can adjust the styles a bit as per your requirement if you want to use it on your site.

The themes recommended above are also fast themes but load a few milliseconds more than Schema which is very negligible to consider.
