Whichever theme you choose to make it look like the front page of that site will require custom modifications.
There isn't really a theme that I feel comfortable recommending to replicate that site as I don't want you to assume that the theme I recommend will replicate that layout.
That site seems to have a static page, therefore you can set a static page with any theme to be the front page. Then inside of that page position your elements accordingly and if you are not familiar with HTML and CSS you might want to hire a freelance developer to help you do that.
In other words, any theme would do that but all themes will require a custom modification.
