Hello, Unfortunately, no. The Subscribe Pro is not designed to float at the bottom right of the screen. You can try finding perhaps a plugin that can allow you to do that.

Hello, We don't have any plans for the future regarding that. The plugin is fast in a sense where on multiple installations it performs as expected and loads quickly. We haven't had any user complaints about it's speed. Admin-ajax is used by themes and plugins, try to deactivate your other plugins to see if your site speeds up.

Hello, The plugin was not built for a BuddyPress integration. You can certainly try it to see if it works but it was not intended to work with BuddyPress.

Hello, The plugin doesn't have integrated analytics. However you might be able to use Google Analytics to track the page conversions. That would require Analytics documentation, we can't help you set that up as it can be rather extensive. The plugin is not heavy to load, it is rather fast.

Hello Dario, Whichever theme you choose to make it look like the front page of that site will require custom modifications. There isn't really a theme that I feel comfortable recommending to replicate that site as I don't want you to assume that the theme I recommend will replicate that layout. That site seems to have a static page, therefore you can set a static page with any theme to be the front page. Then inside of that page position your elements accordingly and if you are not familiar with HTML and CSS you might want to hire a freelance developer to help you do that. In other words, any theme would do that but all themes will require a custom modification.
