  1. Hello, While trying to troubleshoot, we got the following message: Jetpack has locked your site's login page. Also, are you using the latest version of the plugin, 0.10.3? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  2. Hello, The posts you have optimized with Rank Math should show a score. If they are not, then please click on the Update button. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  3. Hello, Sorry for the trouble you had to bring the redirections back. Glad it's solved now. Please let us know if you need any further assistance, we are here to help. Thank you.
  4. Hello, If you have never optimized a post before with Rank Math, we can not determine the score. You need to optimize a post once with Rank Math for it to show the scores. If you have already done the optimizing, please wait for 24 hours after installing the plugin in order to see an updated score. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  5. Hello, That change was made back in 0.9.11 when we started sorting them in a group for better user experience. You can edit the redirection and remove the one you don't want. You do not need to delete the entire redirection. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  6. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. Apologies for the ignorance, but the redirections are showing up on that page, the screenshot which you sent. Can you please be more detailed with your question? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  7. Hello, You would need to clear your browser's cache as 301 gets stored in browser's cache. You can also quit the application and start it again, that would solve the issue. For the Redirection module, unless you are planning to create redirections, there is no point in keeping that active on your website. You can activate that back when you are in need of it. If there's anything, please let us know, we are here to help. Thank you.
  8. Hello, It was a pleasure helping you. We are glad you found our help useful. If you have any other questions in the future, do let us know. We are here to help you. We appreciate your time and patience. https://community.mythemeshop.com/forum/6-testimonials/ Thank you in anticipation.
  9. Hello, We do not see any Yoast's redirections in your Database. Can you please confirm that? Also, you can add the exported redirections directly to the .htaccess file. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  10. Hello, I have made the changes to your sitemap's settings. As a rule of thumb, do not include taxonomies in the Sitemap which are set to noindex. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  11. Hello, Thank you for sharing the details. As mentioned on the FB message, I simply deactivated and then reactivated the plugin after updating. That seemed to have solved the issue. Also, then I turned off the Redirection module as you were not using it. You can turn off all the modules which you are not using on that website. That will make the plugin faster overall. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
  12. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. It seems like a redirection was created: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/KiD6yv I deleted that and the post is loading perfectly fine Hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
  13. Hello, Thank you for sharing the details. The following plugin was causing a conflict with Rank Math as we already have that option available in the plugin: Remove Category URL This is the option I turned on in Rank Math: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/ktRdIh I also noticed that you were not utilizing the Redirection module, so I turned that off on your website. I noticed that you are indexing your attachment pages, is there a reason for that? As Google does not like thin content and can penalize your website. Finally, please configure these: wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-titles#setting-panel-post-type-newsletter & wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-sitemap#setting-panel-sitemap-post-type-newsletter Can you please check and let us know if everything's working fine as expected?
  14. Hello, It shouldn't take more than a few minutes. You can create temporary login detail and we will get right to it. The maximum time suspected shouldn't be more than an hour. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  17. Hello, The emojis are added correctly to your website as you can notice here: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/nD4sXr Google does not honor every request. If the search bots think that your website must show an emoji when someone searches for the related article, it will show. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  18. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. The plugin's working fine with the SiteOrigin's page builder. To help you faster, we would like you to perform a quick conflict check on your website using the instructions below. You can follow these instructions on your live website as well, as running this conflict check does not affect your website visitors. Here are the steps for you to follow. Log into your WordPress Administrator, and navigate to the dashboard Navigate to 'Plugins', and go to 'add new' On the next page, enter 'Health Check' in the search bar and wait for the screen to refresh The official Health Check plugin by WordPress.org should be visible as the first result. Please install and activate the plugin You will reach the plugin page automatically, and a notice will appear. Click 'I understand' to continue On the WordPress Menu on the left, hover over the dashboard. You will notice a new 'Health Check' option, click on it On the page that appears, there will be several tabs. Please navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab Press the 'Enable Troubleshooting Mode' to start the troubleshooter Once you complete these steps, you are in troubleshooting mode. All the plugins on your website have been disabled only for you. Your theme has also been disabled, but only for you. To diagnose the root-cause of your problem, you would enable each plugin one by one until an issue is found. The last plugin that causes the issue will probably the cause of the conflict. Here are the steps in more detail. With all plugins and the theme disabled, try reproducing the issue. If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem. If not, then continue. On the top bar, navigate to the 'Troubleshooting Mode', hover over it, and enable the MyThemeShop plugin in question. After that, try to reproduce the issue. If you have the issue, the plugin is conflicting with WordPress If not, then the plugin is not causing issues with WordPress. Continue to the next step Navigate to the "Troubleshooting Mode" in the top bar again, and enable any other plugin. Then try reproducing the issue. If you have the issue, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with the MyThemeShop Plugin If not, then this plugin is not causing issues with the MyThemeShop plugin Repeat step no 3 by enabling one plugin at a time and checking if the problem exists. When the problem happens, the plugin you last activated is causing the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, then it might be an issue with the theme you are using. Here is how you confirm if your theme and the MyThemeShop plugin are conflicting with each other. Enter troubleshooting mode again using the instructions above. Using the Troubleshooting mode, activate your regular theme by selecting the 'Use your current theme option'. Activate the MTS plugin you want to check and try to reproduce the issue. If the issue appears, your theme conflicts with the MTS plugin. If not, then the issue is with another plugin. You can continue enabling other plugins to pinpoint the plugin and contact their support for a resolution. Once you complete the above steps, please let us know. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  21. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. As indicated by the error, it's a server error and not related to the plugin. It indicates that your server is responding slowly and you can test the same on this website: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ I would advise asking the hosting guys about the errors and making sure the Google bots are allowed without any limitations. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
