  3. Hello, I see you are using Gutenberg editor, sadly Primary Category selection option is not yet available in Gutenberg. Our development team is working on adding that option and you will see it soon in the future updates of the plugin. For now, please install Classic Editor plugin on your site. Hope that helps.   6. Hello, The plugin was not set up properly on your site, to fix it I logged into your site and reactivated the plugin. That seems to have fixed the array_key_exists warning.   11. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. We are using the php_uname function to get the information of the operating system PHP is running on to check for any conflicts. This is warning is usually added by plugins like Debug Bar & Query Monitor. You can ignore that warning but you should probably contact your host to see why they are disabling that function.   14. Hello, Glad you got this working. I've forwarded this thread to our development team, they will further debug this, and most probably we'll change the custom class name to rm-custom so it would not conflict with any other plugins. That code adds color picker on a custom class. I don't see any use of that code in post/pages, so commenting it should not create any problem. Hope that helps.   15. Hello, You are using [woocommerce_de_check] shortcode in Meta description which is causing a problem. Please use some text for meta description. I checked on your staging site with custom text and the orders were being sent to the payment gateway. Please see the screencasts in the Sensitive Data Section. Hope that helps. Hello, The below code in theme's /ultra-seven/inc/repeater-controller/repeater-script.js file is causing the problem: $(".custom").spectrum({ showAlpha: true, showInput: true, allowEmpty: true, preferredFormat: "rgb", }); The color picker is intialized on custom class and since we are too using custom class in metabox the color picker gets initalized. Please comment that code or add it only on the pages you want to use color picker and prefix the class with some unique theme class, that will fix the issue. Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to take a look at the issue but it looks like the access details you added in the Sensitive Data Section doesn't has enough capability to change Woocommerce or Rank Math Settings. I activated Rank Math plugin on staging site, but none of its option appeared in menu. Also when I tried to place order, I got an error Payment method is not available. Can you please give us admin access to the staging site so we can try change Settings? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  20. Hello, After running a conflict check on your site through the Health Check plugin, I found Oxygen 2.2 Alpha 1 plugin is causing this problem. This plugin is in beta mode and it is not ready for the use on live site. Maybe plugin is not resetting the wp_postdata after using the WP_Query. Recently we had changed some functionality related to the notices to make it faster, that could be the reason why this notice was showing on your site even when no other SEO plugins were active. An update will be released today which should fix this issue. For now, to fix it on your site I logged into your site, and I removed the notification value from options table. Hope that helps.   23. Hello, There was an error in Monsterinsights Ads which was preventing the Import process to run correctly. Please check the Sensitive Data Section for the error information. I deactivated that plugin; then I imported all the data from Yoast from Rank Math's Import/Export Settings, and after importing the data I activated Monsterinsights plugin again. I now see the keywords and other data in Posts and Course. Can you please confirm? Hope that helps. Thank you.

  25. Hello, In your theme, a static title is used whereas Rank Math ( or as a matter of fact any plugin which modifies title ) needs wp_title() function to change the title. To fix it, I logged into your site and changed below code in the header.php file: Replaced: <title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> | <?php is_front_page() ? bloginfo('description') : wp_title(''); ?></title> with <title><?php wp_title(); ?></title> Now your site is showing correct title on frontend.
