  9. Hello, I see the issue on your site, but unfortunately, I could not recreate it on my setup. To help you faster, we would like you to perform a quick conflict check on your website using the instructions below. You can follow these instructions on your live website as well, as running this conflict check does not affect your website visitors. Here are the steps for you to follow. Log into your WordPress Administrator, and navigate to the dashboard Navigate to 'Plugins', and go to 'add new' On the next page, enter 'Health Check' in the search bar and wait for the screen to refresh The official Health Check plugin by WordPress.org should be visible as the first result. Please install and activate the plugin You will reach the plugin page automatically, and a notice will appear. Click 'I understand' to continue On the WordPress Menu on the left, hover over the dashboard. You will notice a new 'Health Check' option, click on it On the page that appears, there will be several tabs. Please navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab Press the 'Enable Troubleshooting Mode' to start the troubleshooter Once you complete these steps, you are in troubleshooting mode. All the plugins on your website have been disabled only for you. Your theme has also been disabled, but only for you. To diagnose the root-cause of your problem, you would enable each plugin one by one until an issue is found. The last plugin that causes the issue will probably the cause of the conflict. Here are the steps in more detail. With all plugins and the theme disabled, try reproducing the issue. If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem. If not, then continue. On the top bar, navigate to the 'Troubleshooting Mode', hover over it, and enable the MyThemeShop plugin in question. After that, try to reproduce the issue. If you have the issue, the plugin is conflicting with WordPress If not, then the plugin is not causing issues with WordPress. Continue to the next step Navigate to the "Troubleshooting Mode" in the top bar again, and enable any other plugin. Then try reproducing the issue. If you have the issue, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with the MyThemeShop Plugin If not, then this plugin is not causing issues with the MyThemeShop plugin Repeat step no 3 by enabling one plugin at a time and checking if the problem exists. When the problem happens, the plugin you last activated is causing the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, then it might be an issue with the theme you are using. Here is how you confirm if your theme and the MyThemeShop plugin are conflicting with each other. Enter troubleshooting mode again using the instructions above. Using the Troubleshooting mode, activate your regular theme by selecting the 'Use your current theme option'. Activate the MTS plugin you want to check and try to reproduce the issue. If the issue appears, your theme conflicts with the MTS plugin. If not, then the issue is with another plugin. You can continue enabling other plugins to pinpoint the plugin and contact their support for a resolution. Once you complete the above steps, please let us know. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  11. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. I've updated the plugin on your site to the latest version i.e v1.0.6 in which we had made plugin compatible with the Classic Builder plugin. That seemed to fix the score issue which you were facing. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  12. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. Do you want to noindex your internal pages? If yes, you can do so by visiting the pages you want to noindex in Dashboard and setting it to noindex in Advanced Settings: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/ln54Eb Hope that helps. Thank you.
  13. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. Please check again, categories now appear in Breadcrumbs. On your site, Primary Taxonomy was not selected which is why categories were not showing up in Breadcrumbs. I logged into your site and set Primary Taxonomy to Category in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Titles & Meta >> Posts >> Primary Taxonomy. Hope that helps. Please let us know if there is anything else. Thank you.
  14. Hello, Rank Math plugin doesn't change any content. Your pages itself has mix-content. Please check the Screencasts I added to the Sensitive Data Section You created a Redirection rule for /kontakt which is why it is redirecting to the English page. Please check my answer here: We didn't change anything in your Redirection rules. The Redirections were not imported properly because of which you were facing issues before of some pages redirecting to different URLs. You can switch off Redirection module of plugin from Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Dashboard >> Modules >> Redirections: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/5R20Vg This is not happening because of the Rank Math plugin. I deactivated the Rank Math plugin on your site to see if Speed Test throws 404 error and it did throw 404 error after deactivating the plugin. Maybe some other plugin installed on your site is causing this problem. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  15. Hello, Thank you for letting us know this issue. That particular test is not working properly when multiple Focus keywords are added in posts. I've forwarded this issue to our development team and they will fix it in the next release of the plugin. For now, to fix it on your site, I've updated 2 plugin files on your server: class-posts-columns.php & seo-analysis-tests.php . Now the SEO Analysis shows only the count of posts where FK is not used in Post title. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  16. Hello, I imported Redirections again on your site and now all the Redirections seems to be working fine. Please let us know if you are still facing any issue. Thank you.
  17. Hello, It looks like the Redirections were not imported properly on your site. You will have to manually update the Redirection rules which are not working. Please see the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section on how to do this. I checked your Sitemap and it looks ok to me. The index page shows the main categories of Sitemap i.e Posts, Pages & Category which is not specific to language. Please click on any of this index and see if it shows all posts/pages in the Sitemap. I checked it and it's showing posts/pages from both the language. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  18. Hello, Thank you for letting us know this issue. It looks like Woocommerce changed the priority of their hooks in the recent update which is causing this problem. I've forwarded this issue to our development team and they will get this fixed in the next release of the plugin. For now, to fix it on your site, I changed the below code in seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/class-metabox.php on line 323. replaced $this->action( "{$taxonomy}_edit_form_fields", 'category_description_editor' ); with if( ! GlobalHelper::get_settings( 'titles.tax_' . $taxonomy . '_add_meta_box' ) ) { return; } $this->action( "{$taxonomy}_edit_form_fields", 'category_description_editor', 9 ); Your Product categories now show the Product thumbnail and only 1 description box. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  19. Hello, I wanted to take a look at this issue, but I could not log in with the provided access details. The /wp-admin is showing me 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.' message. Please add the correct login details, also please add page/post link where you are trying to add emoji in the Sensitive Data Section. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  20. Hello, I updated the Rank Math plugin on your site with the Sitemap fix. The sitemap will now work fine for the translated posts. For the Redirection issue, can you please tell us how you added Redirections to the plugin? Did you import it from other plugin or you manually added it? I updated the Redirection rule for the 2 links you added in the Sensitive Data Section and now it's working fine. Basically, this is what I did: For /kontakt/ page I navigated to Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Redirections and searched kontakt in Redirection search, at the very end there is a redirection rule for /kontakt/, I just updated that rule without changing anything and that fixed the too_many_redirects issue. Although, there is 1 more thing there. You are using same page slug in both English & German language, so the redirection rule you added for /kontakt/ is also applied to /de/kontakt/. I checked with other Redirection plugins too and the same thing happens. To fix this, please use different page slugs or disable the Redirection module for now. We'll try to get in touch with the WPML team and we'll try to fix this together with them, as it looks like something in there code is causing this issue. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  21. Hello, 4. Can you please share a link to the post where image alt is not working. I created a dummy post on your site and edited it with Elementor and it worked fine. 5. I see the Focus Keyword issue on your site. It's not working when you use multiple Focus Keywords. I have forwared this issue to our development team and they will get it fixed in the next release of the plugin. For now to fix it, please open seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/class-post-columns.php file in your editor and replace below code on line 348: $query->set( 'meta_compare', '=' ); with $query->set( 'meta_compare', 'LIKE' ); I wanted to do it myself but the FTP details you added in the Sensitive Data Section didn't work for me. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  22. Hello, I tried to recreate this issue on my setup by installing all plugins which are active on your site but I was not able to recreate the issue you are facing. To me it looks like the image which you are using in Social Tab is either too small, too large or is in portrait orientation. After adding an image in Social Tab do you get any warning below image: Image is smaller than the minimum size, please select a different image? If so, please check if your image meets the OpenGraph image recommendations: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices#images If this doesn't help then please add your image in the Sensitive Data Section so we can further debug the issue. Thank you.
  23. Hello, Can you please tell us steps to recreate this issue on your site? I checked the page where the product filter is shown and I selected a few filters to filter products, then I checked the 404 monitor log and it didn't show those filters. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  24. Hello, If you've recently updated your title/description, Search Engines probably hasn't indexed the new data yet. It can take up to a week for Google/Bing to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled. If you type, in Google, cache: followed immediately by the URL of your site or page, you'll see what Google has cached for your site. If the appeared date is before you made the changes, you'll have to wait for Google to crawl your site again. Also, please stay advised that it is upto Google to honor the information someone passes. If Google feels that some text from the post reflects your content better for a particular search query, it will display a different information. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  25. Hello, Please share your login details in the "Sensitive Data" section by editing your first post on this ticket and follow the instructions shown in the screenshot below: Please make a reply once you update the details, so we get notified. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
