  1. Hello, I checked your site, all the links you added in the Sensitive Data Section are noindexed. Please see the Screenshots I added to the Sensitive Data Section. If you've recently made these changes, then probably Google hasn't indexed the new changes yet. It can take up to a week for Google to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled. Hope that helps. Thank you.
  2. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. I logged into your site and I see the issue but I could not find why it's happening. Could you please share your FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field, so we can try some changes in the plugin code? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  3. Hello, Breadcrumb works on pages too. I wanted to take a look at this issue on your site but it looks like you have deleted the Rank Math plugin. I was not able to install it again, it gave me Destination folder already exists error. Please remove the seo-by-rank-math folder using Filezilla or cPanel and install it again, so we can debug the issue on your site. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  4. Hello @sylviagelton Please don't add your Login Details here. To avoid confusion, please create a new support ticket, we'll further assist you there. Thank you.
  5. Hello @info486 Breadcrumbs are working fine on your site. Please see the Screencasts in the Sensitive Data Section. Can you give us a page link where it's not working? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  6. Hello, This should not happen. Rank Math Breadcrumb gives priority to the Primary Category. Can you please give us the link of the Product and access to your admin panel, so we can further debug this issue on your site, as it is working fine for us? Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  7. Hello, For the Primary category to appear in Breadcrumb, you'll first have to select Primary Taxonomy for your Posts/CPT in Rank Math Settings - Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Titles & Meta >> Post ( or select any post type ) >> Primary Taxonomy Hope that helps. Thank you.
  8. Hello, I logged into your site and I see the issue. The problem is you are using Service Snippet Type for your properties which is not a valid element in CollectionPage schema. Kindly disable Snippet for your Zona taxonomy by navigating to Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Titles & Meta >> Zona >> Remove Snippet Data: Q The valid Snippet type for Property and its taxonomy is Property and Collection respectively which currently is not available in Rank Math. Usually, Real Estate Theme/Plugins has an inbuilt support for Properties and Collection schema so we didn't add it to our plugin. With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I've added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we're able to introduce, we'll be sure to let you know. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
  9. Hello, Can you please contact the Plugin author and ask them what exactly is causing this problem? As you are using premium theme we would not be able to debug it on our setup. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  17. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. This warning shows up when Canonical tags are not present on some pages of your site. Please check again if all pages on your site has canonical tag. By default Rank Math uses Post/Term URL as canonical URL. You will find an option to add/change Canonical URL in Advanced tab in Edit Post Screen: If Canonical tags are not present on some pages than its possible that it could be a theme or plugin conflict. To help you faster, we would like you to perform a quick conflict check on your website using the instructions below. You can follow these instructions on your live website as well, as running this conflict check does not affect your website visitors. Here are the steps for you to follow. Log into your WordPress Administrator, and navigate to the dashboard Navigate to 'Plugins', and go to 'add new' On the next page, enter 'Health Check' in the search bar and wait for the screen to refresh The official Health Check plugin by WordPress.org should be visible as the first result. Please install and activate the plugin You will reach the plugin page automatically, and a notice will appear. Click 'I understand' to continue On the WordPress Menu on the left, hover over the dashboard. You will notice a new 'Health Check' option, click on it On the page that appears, there will be several tabs. Please navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab Press the 'Enable Troubleshooting Mode' to start the troubleshooter Once you complete these steps, you are in troubleshooting mode. All the plugins on your website have been disabled only for you. Your theme has also been disabled, but only for you. To diagnose the root-cause of your problem, you would enable each plugin one by one until an issue is found. The last plugin that causes the issue will probably the cause of the conflict. Here are the steps in more detail. With all plugins and the theme disabled, try reproducing the issue. If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem. If not, then continue. On the top bar, navigate to the 'Troubleshooting Mode', hover over it, and enable the MyThemeShop plugin in question. After that, try to reproduce the issue. If you have the issue, the plugin is conflicting with WordPress If not, then the plugin is not causing issues with WordPress. Continue to the next step Navigate to the "Troubleshooting Mode" in the top bar again, and enable any other plugin. Then try reproducing the issue. If you have the issue, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with the MyThemeShop Plugin If not, then this plugin is not causing issues with the MyThemeShop plugin Repeat step no 3 by enabling one plugin at a time and checking if the problem exists. When the problem happens, the plugin you last activated is causing the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, then it might be an issue with the theme you are using. Here is how you confirm if your theme and the MyThemeShop plugin are conflicting with each other. Enter troubleshooting mode again using the instructions above. Using the Troubleshooting mode, activate your regular theme by selecting the 'Use your current theme option'. Activate the MTS plugin you want to check and try to reproduce the issue. If the issue appears, your theme conflicts with the MTS plugin. If not, then the issue is with another plugin. You can continue enabling other plugins to pinpoint the plugin and contact their support for a resolution. Once you complete the above steps, please let us know. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  18. Hello, I checked your sitemap with 3rd party tool ( https://webmaster.yandex.com/tools/sitemap/ ) which shows your sitemap is readable and does not contain any error: Can you please try to submit your Sitemap again as I just updated permalinks and cleared cache on your site. If that doesn't fix the issue then please test your SItemap in Google Search console by following the instructions in the below screenshot: Please let us know the results. Thank you.

  20. Hello, Your login details are not working anymore. Rank Math plugin shows this warning when 2 SEO plugins are active on your site. Using 2 SEO plugins will likely cause more harm than good, so we are showing that warning to notify user to keep only 1 SEO plugin. You can simply click on the Click here to Deactivate link to deactivate other active SEO plugins. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  21. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. You can use below filter code to remove the dates added by our plugin: add_filter( 'rank_math/opengraph/facebook/article_published_time', '__return_false' ); add_filter( 'rank_math/opengraph/facebook/article_modified_time', '__return_false' ); add_filter( 'rank_math/opengraph/facebook/og_updated_time', '__return_false' ); Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
  22. Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. Rank Math requires delimiters for the regex pattern, and if they are missing [ ] gets added automatically. http://php.net/manual/en/regexp.reference.delimiters.php. I see an extra backslash is added, and that might be the reason why redirection is not working. I've forwarded this issue to our development team and they will further debug this issue and fix it in the future release of the plugin. For now, to redirect AMP pages to its original post, please add below code to Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Edit .htaccess: https://mythemeshop.d.pr/p8exMe # Redirect from AMP to non-AMP path RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} (.+)/amp(.*)$ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/wp-content/(.*)$ RewriteRule ^ %1/ [R=301,L] Hope that helps. Thank you.
  23. Hello, There is a CSS rule in your theme which is hiding the Snippet Data added by Rank Math. To fix it, I logged into your site and added below code in admin/css/discy-admin.css .serp-preview .group { display: block; } The Snippet form now shows up in the Edit Post screen. Hope that helps. If there is anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  24. Hello, I logged into your site and I see an error in the browser's console which is thrown by the Elementor plugin: , which is preventing other JS executed after Elementor from working well.
