  1. Hello, Yes, the theme will work with Wordperss as it was designed to be a Wordpress theme. Also the hosting company iPage does allow Wordpress hosting but to install Wordpress please check with them. The thumbnail photo is more often called "featured image" for this theme. You can checkout our tutorial on how to post featured images: http://community.mythemeshop.com/tutorials/article/16-how-to-set-a-featured-image-for-your-post-and-remove-the-default-no-preview-image/ If you want your featured images to be removed in the actual post, we can provide you CSS code that will allow you to do that. Simply create a forum topic once you have installed your theme and our moderators will help you with that request.
  2. Hello, Your post here : http://community.mythemeshop.com/topic/18926-help-for-selecting-a-theme-to-buy/#entry80055 Has been answered, your last reply however does not require a reply.
  3. Hello, Just to clarify; BBPress is a plugin that we do not offer support for. Therefore if BBPress causes issues and conflicts with our theme the changes to the theme may be extensive to make. For that reason it will be outside of our scope of support. Wordpress has thousands of plugins and each will conflict with different themes. Some Automatic plugins even conflict with default Wordpress themes, that is why there are multiple versions of default themes. You can imagine the amount of work our developers will have to do if they had to solve every issue with every plugin. If the issue you face with BBPress is simple and requires only a small CSS modification we can try to assist you in the forums, maybe even some other users can assist you but we cannot guarantee support and we cannot guarantee compatibility with BBPress. Thank you for our understanding.
  4. Hello Marijke, This is how the FontAwesome looks in FireFox for me: http://snag.gy/Oqg1K.jpg As you can see they look identical to the ones in Chrome. That is why FontAwesome is awesome, it looks the same on every browser. Perhaps it is not displaying correctly in your browsers due to some extensions or a problem on your machine.
  5. Hello, Unfortunately that would require a customization that is not supported by us. You can try hiring a freelance developer to help you achieve that.
  6. Hello, Please create a new forum topic inside our Theme Support forums: http://community.mythemeshop.com/forum/7-theme-support/ Then include your site's link and for even faster service include your WP admin access in the sensitive data field.
  7. Thank you for your kind words. Looking forward to assist you.
  8. Here are a few that come up on top of my head but feel free to look for more. https://mythemeshop.com/themes/pinstagram/ https://mythemeshop.com/themes/sensational/ https://mythemeshop.com/themes/split/
  9. Hello, The sidebar cannot be on the left side, only on the right in this theme. The main navigation allows you to have a menu. I am not sure what you mean by "custom menu". If that "custom menu" encompasses just adding different pages and links, then yes you can have a "custom menu". You can also add a menu in the sidebar; there are several plugins that can allow you to have all sorts of menus in sidebars.
  10. 1. Yes, you can make another page other than your homepage to be the blog page. 2. No, that is not supported by Schema. 3. Yes you can, if you go to Styling Options > Custom CSS and add this: #page, .container { max-width: 1000px; }
  11. - Yes, SociallyViral is the latest blogging theme. - Indeed our most recent releases will have the latest technology and improved designs. - Schema has all the listed improvements that you see on that page and is newer than Splash hence improved and SEO optimized as described in that list. - The differences between the themes listed are not so much important as the features they have when choosing a theme. If those features are required for your site then choose a theme in accordance to that and not in how it compares to other themes. Fully Responsive and 100% Responsive mean the same thing. I will forward your request to our sales specialist.
  12. 1. Yes, you can have all the layouts as demonstrated on our demos. 2. Yes, you can install the Entertainment layout, here is more info on how to : http://community.mythemeshop.com/topic/12500-apptheme-demo/#entry54892 3. Yes, MagXP is compatible with Woocommerce in Entertainment mode as well.
  13. In the best theme you can remove the slider. You can also change the height of the images. But modifying the width of the slider will leave you with empty white spaces as the sidebar and content area have a certain width.
  14. Hello, All of our themes are optimized for Videos and Adsense. However, I suggest using the latest ones such as Schema, TruePixel or Best theme.
  15. Hi, I assume you want to make the category page with a sidebar. For that you can checkout this thread once you purchase the theme: http://community.mythemeshop.com/topic/16721-socially-viral-theme-archive-sidebar/?hl=%2Bsociallyviral+%2Bget_sidebar#entry69840 As for the homepage with a sidebar, it already has a widget area but cannot accept a lot of widgets as it breaks the layout.
  16. @sum1knowledgeable : Open a new forum topic about the point theme and ads please. But generally speaking it is possible to modify ads in Point theme.
  17. To add widgets in the category sidebar it will be the same sidebar as the rest of the site such as the posts. Appearance > Widgets = Sidebar If you are still having problems inserting a sidebar into the category pages, open a new forum topic and send a link to your site.
  18. @trinejuelk: Unfortunately the mobile version of Splash does not support that type of functionality at least not in the current version. We may consider improving the mobile menus in the future updates.
  19. Hello, Yes, you can open the file archive.php and locate this line of code: <?php get_footer(); ?> Above that line of code add this: <?php get_sidebar(); ?> Then go to Styling Options > Custom CSS and add this: .category #content_box { width: 70%; }
  20. That's the mobile menu of Splash. If you view it on a larger screen you will see the dropdown menus.
  21. That theme is Splash: http://demo.mythemeshop.com/splash/
  22. Hi, The homepage has a widget area that you can add widgets just like a sidebar. However on the category pages this theme does not have sidebars.
