    Hello, Im having troubles with the login.

    I made my first login with my google account. But when I try to login inside WP with my googles email and password, it doesnt accept.

    Even if I put my googles email and password and try to log in, it cant accept, and there is no alternative to choose login with google inside the WP.

    I have alerady made a password reset, but it doesnt work too because it asks me my old password, but there is no old password, even If put the current passaword that is the same of my google account, it doenst works again.

    If someone could help me!!

    Hello, The demo site for the Video (Learning) theme is now fully https-compatible: https://demo.mythemeshop.com/video-learning/ The issue was simply that the favicon file was added with a http URL instead of the https. We have fixed this and there is no SSL issue anymore. All our themes are https-compatible, but if you experience any issue related to that, we are here to help you fix it.     Hello, From the Settings page of the plugin you can set the default criteria to rate and the default schema type, but for individual reviews it is possible to change these. In other words, you can have a Book review and a Movie review on the same site, with different criteria and schema. Hope that helps If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.

    Hello and greetings,

    I have purchased Newspaper theme and installed it on one of my sites(prettymuchviral.com).

    But, I am facing an issue with the theme now.  When I click on a post or page in my wordpress site, a pop up appears and leads

    me to sites like 1click ads etc.  I have not installed any pop up plugins etc.  I see the problem only with the Newspaper theme.

    When I deactivate that theme and activate another theme, no such pop ups appear like onclkads, pucknhockey etc. 

    It changes and shows different such f***g sites one after another.

    So, I uninstalled and removed Newspaper theme, deleted related files and re-installed it it again.

    Even after the re-installation, the pop-up appears when I click anywhere on the posts or pages on my site.

    Is this a problem with the Newspaper theme?

    Please clarify urgently.  I have checked this deactivating the installed plugins, but to no avail.

    Please tell me what to do.

    Hello, That can be achieved easily using child theme files. Please create a new "wp-review" folder in your (child) theme directory, and then copy the following file in the new folder: wp-review-pro/box-templates/default.php. That is the template file for the review box, you can make edits in it, and the one in the child theme folder will override the default one in the plugin directory, so the customizations will be kept even if you update the plugin. You can also find a list of available filter hooks with examples in the filter-list.php file, inside the plugin folder. Hope that helps. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

    Hello, I checked the files in question and I can assure you that all the issues listed are false positives, none of them pose any risk. 1. You can see that ini_set() is only being used to try and extend the max_execution_time, to avoid timeout issues on some servers. There is nothing wrong with this usage. 2. & 3. While the base64_ functions may indicate obfuscated code (malware), they have numerous legitimate uses, and in this case, they are required by the Twitter API. 4. & 5. file_get_contents(), fopen() and fclose() are required for the demo importer to work correctly. curl_init() and curl_exec() are used by the Twitter API library. I'm not sure why these get simply flagged as "Malware" by the checker tool. 6. It is true that add_theme_page() is recommended for themes, however, the options it provides are limited, and there is no difference in performance or otherwise when compared with other similar functions, like add_menu_page(). Please note that the checker even flagged some commented out lines in the code, which never get executed and have no effect at all. This also shows that the tool checks themes in a rather basic and unsophisticated manner. Hope that helps. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

    Hi, Portfolio posts are just another post type and they behave like posts or pages: single portfolio posts will get indexed by Google and shown in the search results.     Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. 1. The button on that page only reveals a comment box. The plugin works with default comment boxes of posts and pages but it doesn't have the ability to show or hide a comment box as that is part of a theme. 2. This may be possible, using a third party plugin. As reviews made with the plugin are technically comments, a "comment email notification" plugin from the repository should do it. 3. This is not possible by default, however, it should not be too hard to do it by editing the plugin files and we can help with that. 4. That's currently not supported. 5. The required fields would depend on the theme commenting section. 6. You can insert the review to show in any page using a shortcode. 7. You can change the color of the review boxes. 8.     Hi Gee, The eCommerce theme uses the WooCommerce plugin for its store-related functionality. WooCommerce supports digital products (such as ebooks) out of the box, and there are even some extensions available to enhance the experience, for example this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-for-digital-goods/ You can create authors manually in WordPress, or let them register to your site, then you should be able to edit their user's capabilities with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ Hope that helps.
