Once you update to 1.0.11, please run the SEO Analysis again to check the score.
For the site which shows only 13 tests, there's something wrong:
Is that a localhost where you are testing? If so, then please try on a live website.

Can you please delete the plugin from your website and then reinstall it by searching for Rank Math inside your dashboard?
If that doesn't help, please add the correct login details.

We are unable to login to the FTP details you provided. Please use an FTP client to delete the folder of Rank Math, it will be named as 'seo-by-rank-math' and reinstall the plugin.

You should not use the same option in 2 different plugins/themes, that is a sure shot call for a disaster. Sometimes sites break and admins do not realize it.
WP Rocket is a great caching plugin and you can definitely use it with the tutorial we provided.
At the end of the day, do not fret over the scores. Optimize the site to load fast and then work on optimizing the content instead of spending too much time.
SiteGround is a good hosting provider and is one of our recommended hosts.
Regarding the security warnings, you are seeing when using the SEO Analysis, you can ignore those. Fixing them would break the updates and is recommended only to the advanced users. That's why no points are given to those tests.

You can do it any way you prefer. Disabling the Yoast plugin will not delete the content and you can still import it to Rank Math.
