Hello, If you want to update your WordPress, then you need to log into your cPanel and update that from there. Otherwise you can contact your Webhost so that they can do that for you. For uploading your theme through FTP, you need to log into your FTP account and navigate to public_html/wp-content/themes folder and upload the theme file there. Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hello, Unfortunately the core features of Video theme (the videos through embed) is not possible to transfer when the theme changes. But if you have added the videos inside the Post/Page editor, then you can see it fine when you change the theme. Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hello, OnePage theme means all your information can be added in the front page. That doesn't mean you can't add more pages. You can add unlimited pages/posts in the theme. Review section can be used inside individual posts/pages. You need to install WP Review plugin for that purpose. You need to set the front page to latest posts as the index.php file which is responsible for the latest posts is used to show the home page. Also you can download the documentation from your account (you can find the link of documentation beside the link of downloading the theme) and go through it for getting better idea about the theme.
