People need to fill the contact form with the video details and once they submit that, you'll receive the details in your mail and you need to add the video to your site manually. Users need to fill the contact form only. So no need for them to be login to your site. If the video they share is not from YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo or Dailymotion, then you need to upload them in any of the 4 platforms and use the URL in your video. Hope that helps.
