alangray
The latest rankmath update killed every link on my site - 30,000 of them, other than the home page. 1.0.16 none of my pages will open. Support ToddMTS Posted February 15, 2019 Support Report Share Posted February 15, 2019 Hello, Briefly checking, it seems like there is a compatibility issue with one of your other plugins or the theme. I just test the latest version of Rank Math on a fresh install and everything works fine. Do we have your permission to disable the plugins and the theme temporarily to locate the issue? Please do share your FTP details as well so we can put your site backup if anything goes wrong. 🏁Rank #1 on Google With our WordPress SEO Plugin. ⚡Score a 💯on PageSpeed and Dominate Search Rankings. ✏ Editing theme files? alangray
I deactivated every plugin. If rankMath 16 is activated, pages do not load, other than the front page. If RankMath is deactivated, it works. If I toggle RankMath on and off, the pages/posts fail and work, in line with that, with nothing else changed, so it must be RM 16 The theme has not been updated since December 31st. So the only thing different is RankMath 16 I retrieved a copy of v15 and it works perfectly. Does 16 depend on anything in Wordpress V5 ? - I am on 4.9 - I doubt it because my other sites, that don't use the TagDiv Newspaper these are working OK. But none of those other site use RankMath redirection or some other RankMath features. It looks like you changed some of the redirection code in V16 Alan
Support ToddMTS Posted February 15, 2019 Support Report Share Posted February 15, 2019 Hi Alan, I think this is related to some incompatibility with the latest Rank Math version and tagDiv theme. That's the only logical explanation. Could you briefly switch to a different theme and see if it works? We would love to test it from our end but we don't have access to that theme. Please do let us know. 🏁Rank #1 on Google With our WordPress SEO Plugin. ⚡Score a 💯on PageSpeed and Dominate Search Rankings. ✏ Editing theme files? alangray
Thank you. I suspected it might be something to do with redirection after I saw changes in that code. Do you know which redirect it was? Was it a regular expression? Alan

Support Montgomerie Posted February 18, 2019 Support Report Share Posted February 18, 2019 Hello @alangray I went inside and updated your Regex redirection to the following: Please activate and test it.
