I assume you mean a header background image rather than the black color you see on the demo. If that is correct then you can indeed add a header background image using CSS. Once you buy the theme open a support ticket and we will help you with that. - Yes you can have sticky header. - Yes, it has rich snippets. - Yes, you can have a category called "Blog" and add posts to that category only and then when you visit that category page all the posts from the Blog category will show. I would assume you could add different categories for each product and then add those category links into the menu from Appearance > Menus. However you can test that with any theme to see if it works. The Mega Menu plugin does not organize the categories for you it just displays them in a larger format. Looking forward to help you.
