Hello,
In this particular, we would recommend that you allow access to the wp-content folder from TwitterBot. Just make sure there aren't any executable files and that you keep a blank index.php file in each folder that doesn't have one already.

I am sure the others will be indexed with time too. As far as I could check, everything seems to be in order and Sitemap is working okay as well.

I am extremely sorry for the problem this has caused.
We actually cannot detect if you have used Table of Contents or not. Instead, we rely on our detection of popular ToC plugins.

You still get to use the products you downloaded while you were a member but you can no longer update them or download them again.
Membership Plan is the same as Extended Membership.
