But generally if you want your WordPress images to be retina ready you can try a plugin such as this one: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/ We do not gurantee that that plugin will work. The themes do not support full retina ready images by default.

The import through CSV would not be related to the theme but to WooCommerce plugin, there might be an addon/plugin for WooCommerce that can do that but I am not aware of any. Importing through Excel or CSV can cause issues, I would recommend to manually create your products.

Hello Giorgio, No, it is not much slower than the paid version however we did improve the pro version scripts to load a little faster. But I wouldn't call that as "extremely" slower. Perhaps your internet connection was bad when you were testing, it loads fast for us now.
