If you are looking to re-create that table on the first page you will have to use a table plugin.

- Review posts are actual regular posts but have a review inside of them. You can add different things in your review posts.

- Yes, you can create a page with no sidebar, simply go to the page editor and in the sidebars panel select no sidebar.

Two more questions:

1- Even though it says it's a html theme I can still use it with wordpress right? I can upload the zip file in wordpress correct?

2- If I buy it once can I use the zip file for more than one project?

1. It is a WordPress theme, not HTML theme. You can use it in WordPress for using that.

2. Yes, you can use the theme in the unlimited domains you own.

1- I will be able to create as many 'blog' type pages as I want right? Not just 2 or three? 

By 'blog' pages I mean these:

To do that you can insert a Text widget in the sidebar.
In side of it add an image like so:

<img src="IMAGE URL GOES HERE"/>

Then add text below it.

Then add a link to "read more" like so:

<a href="LINK GOES HERE">Read more...</a>

Then add another image of signature like so:

Final question ... Can I create dropdown menus and sub-dropdown menus as shown in the pictures?

My idea is to have, for example, within 'Social Media' or within 'SEO' pages that are like blogs (and not full pages). 

To conclude, dropdown menus that allow blog type pages on all options (and not full-type pages)....
