Does SociallyViral come with WP Review Pro and WP Mega Menu plugins?

 

If so, can these plugins be installed separetly on other websites without the SociallyViral theme.

Generally these two plugins are paid plugins and not included with the theme. You need to buy that separately.

 

Also yes, you can use it with any other theme you want.
