I only have 3 questions before buying the theme.

Can we move the adsense position on  the sidebar at the top?

Can we have an adsense on the middle of the post? I only see below post title and below post content.

Also I don't see the configuration of 728 x 90 on the ad management?

Please check the photos since this is what I'm looking for.

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in our TruePixel theme.

1. Yes, you can change the position in Appearance > Widgets

2. This isn't built-in but we can provide you with the code to do it.

3. We have included a 728x90px widget for configuration in Appearance > Widget. There is also a "Header Ad" section there you can use to put anything on the right side of the logo.

Hope that helps, please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.

@sum1knowledgeable : Open a new forum topic about the point theme and ads please.

But generally speaking it is possible to modify ads in Point theme.
