Does Mega Menu has the capacity to change the background color of the header (whole section, meaning for left to right; this includes the logo up to the search icon on the right) when user clicks on any of the menu. Unfortunately the plugin WP Mega Menu does not have an option to move around your logo. You would need custom CSS to adjust your logo in the header. Looking forward to helping you.
