andrea565
Using latest version of RM. I've changed the slug of an article and i've imagined that RM would create a redirection automatically from the old URL to the new one but this has not happened so now I've inserted the redirection manually but I'm asking why this has not happened like, for example, in Yoast SEO. Thanks!
Support Montgomerie Posted January 15, 2019 Support Report Share Posted January 15, 2019 Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop. First of everything, one should not be using an automatic redirection as WordPress handles that on its own. Unless someone is going to utilize those redirects to create something complex, it should be avoided. It is simply not required with the latest versions of WordPress. If you are still looking to activate it, you can do it from these settings: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-redirections Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. 🏁Rank #1 on Google With our WordPress SEO Plugin ⚡Score a 💯on PageSpeed and Dominate Search Rankings. ✏ Editing theme files? Please create a child theme to make your changes update-proof.

Support Montgomerie Posted January 15, 2019 Support Report Share Posted January 15, 2019 Hello, Glad that helped.
