napspo
Hi there, I'm developing a website for a client and have 3 main questions about the plugin before I suggest them to buy. Here they are: 1) Is it possible to embed a video in the question? Seeing the pictures and videos tutorial, seems to be possible but I´ve never find an example of it working. Do you have any? 2) Seems that to use the Facebook quiz I need to install the PHP Library ImageMagick, checking with the host, it's impossible to install this library, is there any other way to use it and it´s really necessary? 3) Is there any other necessary plugin to use with WP Quiz Pro or is there any plugin that does't work with this plugin? Like Caching plugins, firewalls etc Hope to hear from you soon, thanks a lot, Andy

Support Mili Posted July 10, 2017 Support Report Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. 1. Yes, you can do that, here is an example on our demo: https://demo.mythemeshop.com/wp-quiz-pro/which-jungle-book-song-are-you/ 2. Indeed, some quiz features would require such functions. We don't have a work-around for that. You can try hosting your site with a host that is able to enable that for you. Most hosts if they are good hosts should be able to enable that for you. If they cannot, it may be a good idea to consider switching. 3. The plugin just like any other plugin can conflict with caching plugins, but that's normal. You can simply either try a different caching plugin or adjust the cache settings. Looking forward to help you. napspo
Hi there, thanks for the feedback. I´ve contacted my host provider about the iMagick and received this answer. ------------------ We have ImageMagick binaries. However, it is not complied to PHP so IMAGICK won’t work on shared platform. So, you will not be able to use IMAGICK as PHP built-in class. You have to use the alternative ‘convert’ utility. The path will vary depending on which ImageMagick binary. The two most common paths are:/usr/bin/resize/usr/local/bin/convert ---------------------------- Do you know if this will work? thanks,
