[Ad-Sense] Can't Sign Up For Extended Membership

I knew you had a plan that gives access to all premium themes. Took me a while to find it again. When I did, and clicked the "sign up today" button, I got a blank green screen. Tried this over two days on two browsers. Same blank green screen. I want to give you money for your services but can't. Please advise.
