For the most part, WooCart will fulfill your requirements and with a bit of work - you can make it work like the reference website you showed us. If you need a comparison feature as well, you can make that work with the help of WooCommerce's product attributes function.

Sure, you can remove that. Once you install the theme and work with it open a support request in premium themes forum and our team will guide you on how to remove those buttons. 

 

Unfortunately we do not have a WooCart dashboard access for you to see.

But it would look like any theme options settings.
