Couldn't Be Happier With The Mythemeshop Software And Support

The folks from MyThemeShop are doing a great job with their themes, plugins and especially with their support.

 

I run an online store, have 2 more in development and do contract work in the same field for others so you can believe me when I say that i deal with a lot of companies products and their support, in this field. Honestly, and sadly, a great many of those companies have crappy support. They crow all day long about the high level of their crew but when it comes to brass tacks you are on your own a lot. 

 

NOT WITH THE FOLKS FROM MYTHEMESHOP though.

 

For the first time I had a small issue with a theme, turned out to be my mistake but no matter. It was a small issue and my fault and many companies would have just blown it off because of that but the support folks from MyThemeShop were right there to help out and we got it squared away in short order. Top marks all around for a job well done.
