muskopf1
I first encountered MyThemeShop when I was searching for a theme to a new website I started. They had a couple of free templates and I was happy with the look and feel of the basic theme. I was also pleasantly surprised with the support I received (which was unexpected) for a free theme. Later, I decided to upgrade a few of the websites I own to give them a more modern and responsive theme. Since I already had a good experience with mythemeshop, I purchased the Splash theme and added it to two sites. The support has been great for tweaking the theme to get it the way I wanted, adjusting things like number of posts in slider. My latest experience involved a much larger job with a website that was 10 years old and had a certain "look" I wanted to retain while switching to a theme that was responsive and clean. I purchased Nominal and ran into some issues right away with the way ads were placed on the site. Support gave me very clear instructions on how to modify the page.php and create custom css. They were always polite and quick with their responses and didn't make me feel like I was a bother - which I probably was a bother, since I wanted the theme to do something it wasn't designed to do. In the end, the site looks great and matches my vision of what I wanted it to look like. I would not hesitate to recommend mythemeshop to others!
