yplyam
Hi, I wanted to post this here.. How fast or slow actually is the steady income load compared to schema theme? I want to make sure load time is fast, since I'm using membership plug in and ssl certificate. Can you provide me some info on load time. Schema is super fast and I was wondering if steady income is much slower? thanks
Support Jitendraa Posted June 9, 2015 Support Report Share Posted June 9, 2015 Hello, The two themes Schema and SteadyIncome have no big difference in the loading time. SteadyIncome takes only half a second more time than schema there which will not affect your sites loading time much. yplyam
Thanks for the reply. I ran the steady income using the demo model on your site through http://gtmetrix.com/ But since I don't have the theme, I used the demo which I don't believe is a good candidate since you don't link it directly. Anyway, my load time for http://demo.mythemeshop.com/s/?theme=SteadyIncome The theme took 3 seconds to load had 71 requests and 746KB which seemed a bit too long The Schema loads in 1 second sometimes a bit more but usually 1 to 1.21 seconds and it has less than 30 connections... But Schema is on my server and I'm not sure me using your link is giving me proper representation. Would you mind running it yourself and letting me know if my figures are off. . I would appreciate it. . 1 second is very fast...3 is not Thanks again

yplyam
Thank you, yes, they are very close better than I expected actually. Last question before I purchase. I want to use the full page http://demo.mythemeshop.com/steadyincome/icons/ for landing pages. I need to eliminate the lower horizontal opt in form and the upper (start earning today part) only on full pages. I noticed that when I went to full page(http://demo.mythemeshop.com/steadyincome/icons/) I don't see the lower opt in form, so I'm assuming the first part is NOT going to be hard (to get rid of the lower one) please confirm? But the upper one is still there...is there way to deactivate the upper one on full pages only or selected pages only?both are great, but I need to build a few landing pages using full page and I don't want to use landing page plug ins if I can do it with your theme. Thanks again for the terrific help!!
Support David.C Posted June 11, 2015 Support Report Share Posted June 11, 2015 Hello, The vast theme options page provided by SteadyIncome allows you to disable to upper right opt-in form. Kindly empty the value of "Header Bottom Text" in Appearancec > Theme Options > Header.
