About the new video theme

 

It is possible my users they can be upload themselves their videos and manage the details?

Hi,

As Videos are technically posts, it should be possible for users to create their own posts using a plugin like Guest Posts: https://wordpress.org/plugins/guest-posts/

Alternatively, you could let the visitors fill out a form when submitting videos (using Contact Form 7 or similar plugin), and you (or another administrator) would create the post with the video, filling out the Submitted by field to show the visitor's name instead of the post author name.
