[WP Review Pro] Can WP Review Pro Do what I need

I want to allow users to place ratings on each of my posts page that will rate the item I am writing about. 

 

I would like them to rate the item based on 5 different categories and have the final score be averaged out. Can WP review do this? Can I have some categories be worth 10 points and others be worth 5? 

Is there a place where all the ratings can be compiled and compared for my users to see?

Yes, you can achieve that feature with the plugin without any issues.

But you can not change the full value of the rating. That'll be 5. Can't be 10. Not even for all at a time.

I would like to have my author review at the top of the page. Is there a way to include a box for user reviews at the bottom of the page? I want them to vote at the bottom of the page. How do I do that?
