[Schema] Schema Lite issue!

I am trying out Scheme theme before making the purchase but when I download the file from the site and install on my site, I see this screen when I try to customize the theme;

I am unable to customize the theme. I tried downloading it via wordpress too but same issue. 

 

How do I get this issue fixed?

 

I am using Wordpress Version 5.8.1 on Chrome.

Ok, this issue is with BloggingBox theme too! I have no clue what's happening here.

I can't do anything to customize the theme. How do I fix this?

Once you purchase the theme our support staff will be able to assist you.

There can be many reasons why the options panel are broken, those reasons include plugin conflicts, server issues and many more.

Please purchase the theme, then open a support ticket and our support staff will login to your site to fix the issues.

You can always request a refund if you are not satisfied.
