Hi,

I understand the theme provides a mortgage calculator which can be displayed on single property page. Is it possible to set this up to display only on sale properties and not rental listings.

Displaying mortgage calculator on rental properties makes no sense.

Is it possible to get access to an agent / agency test account so I can see what features are available within the agent / agency dashboard?

You can create a user in WordPress for each agent, then set that user as editor of your site.

No, such specific functions are not part of our plugin. The agents cannot create, edit, promote to premium, hide/unpublish properties once they are sold/rented.
