I want to buy Ad-Sense Theme but before I have a few queries.

1. On every post, I want to show a featured image at the starting of posts. Which option I didn't find in the theme demo. Is it possible that you can make this little change in this theme?

2. Currently, this theme price is $19. If I buy it and renew after a year then what will be the renewal price of this them?

1. We'll help you with editing the core files to add Featured image as per the reference site.

2. If you get the single site license, then it'll renew at just $19/year from second year onwards. And if you get the 3 site license, that'll renew at just $35/year from second year onwards.

I want to use both theme NewsTimes and Ad-Sense. My Ad-Sense theme related query is solved. 

I have two blogs one is in English and another one is in Hindi. I want to use NewsTimes for my Hindi blog. 

I want to set in NewsTimes, all menu and sub-menu same look, like their home page. Is it possible?
