I do not know or decide which plan or theme / plugin to purchase....

Is that "Theme Option Setting" on SCHEMA theme, include in all your themes ? 

If not , what is the theme with the most or the best  fetures / themes option setting ?

Hello,

All of our themes have an options panel, however some themes have more options such as the Schema theme. Also the Schema theme will get new features very soon in the next updates which will have even more options than our other themes.
