[Schema] Can schema be customized to look like this

Your theme worked wonders in terms of search ranking for that site.

I wonder if your theme has the option to make it look like that one on that site. Minimalist is chosen, but it is possible to have only titles, one sentence below and icon on home page?

Also take a look at posts (software pages), what do I need to make it look exactly the same. Don't get me wrong, I plan to change it visually but is it possible to customize it to have exactly the same functions.

I'm wiling to pay for customization which needs intervention from your side.
