[WP Real Estate Pro] Change language

Hello, is it possible to change the language of the "Pro" plug-in?
I want that visitors of the website to see all texts in Dutch.
Is there a language selector in backhand?
If not, how do I change the language in the frontend?

I have now created a .po file. What do I do now in this .po file? Is there a turtorial?
