  1. Hello, If the robots.txt file is empty now, then it definitely cannot be blocking any of the URLs – for that it would need to contain a rule such as Disallow: *. The issue might be caused by some cache mechanism on Google's side. Please check the accessibility of one of the faulty URLs using the Search Console robots.txt Tester https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/robots-testing-tool At the top you should see a text box with your current robots.txt content (it should be empty at the moment), while at the bottom you will see a text input field where you can test if a specific URL is accessible or not. Try it with one of the URLs that was flagged as blocked, to see if it is still blocked or not, and to see which robots.txt rule is blocking it. Hope that helps.
  2. Hello, Thank you for adding the login details. This is a strange error because your robots.txt does not seem to be blocking any of the URLs present in the sitemaps. Nonetheless, I tried editing your robots.txt in Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt, but my changes are not being applied when I visit your /robots.txt file. Are you using any cache or CDN on your site that might be causing this? Please try the following: upload an empty robots.txt file in the root folder of your site. Then, when you visit /robots.txt on your site, you should see a blank file. Then please try submitting the sitemap again in the Search Console. Let us know how that helps. Thank you.
  3. Hello, Could you please add your WP login details a well in the Sensitive Data field so we can take a look at the plugin settings? Thank you. Looking forward to helping you.
  4. Hello, Thanks again for the screenshots. It seems that Google is simply unable to fetch the sitemap, i.e. the request fails when they are trying to download it. I just checked it and I was also unable to open your site: I'm getting "HTTP error 522" (this is probably the general HTTP error Google mentioned in the Search Console). I tried to load both your sitemap and your homepage on multiple occasions, and I keep getting this error. I added a screenshot of the error in the Sensitive Data field. Please ask your hosting provider about the issue. Thank you.
  5. Hello, From your screenshot it appears that you have submitted your sitemap for indexing in the search results. Normally that is not something you want to do: you don't want your sitemap_index.xml to appear in the search results. I have accessed your site again and added back the noindex header to prevent that from happening. Can you please tell us or show on a screenshot what you see in the Sitemaps tab in Search Console? That's where the sitemap is supposed to show up when it is submitted. Thank you. Looking forward to your response.
  6. Hello, Thank you for your cooperation. I have accessed your site through FTP and I made a small change in the code responsible for the sitemap module in Rank Math. Please try submitting the sitemap again and let us know the results. Looking forward to your response.
  7. Hello, It turns out I was wrong in my previous response: the XML sitemap is supposed to have the noindex header, as we don't want it to appear in the search results and compete with other pages on your site. This means that the header can't be the source of the problem. Where exactly are you trying to submit the sitemap URL in the Search Console? The sitemaps are automatically submitted by Rank Math so normally you don't need to send it manually. You should see the sitemap(s) listed under Index > Sitemaps in the newer version of Search Console. If the error is still happening, please create a screenshot of it and share it in the Sensitive Data field. Thank you. Looking forward to your response.
  8. Hello, I can see the x-robots-tag: noindex header being sent through along with your sitemap, and that prevents Google from indexing it. This header might be automatically added by one of your plugins, by your hosting provider, or maybe it is defined in your .htaccess file. Please try deactivating all other plugins except Rank Math, and then try submitting the sitemap. If that doesn't help, please share your FTP access details and your WP login details in the Sensitive Data field, and we will take a look at this issue. Thank you.
  9. Hello, Sorry for the late response. It seems that our API server cannot reach your site to analyse it, due to an error in your server configuration. Here is the error we are seeing when the analyser is trying to reach your site: cURL error 60: Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized. Please get in touch with your hosting provider to fix this issue. Once it's resolved, the analysis should start working correctly. Hope that helps.
  10. Hello, Our developers are investigating the issue on your site. We will leave a reply here as soon as we find what is causing it. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
  11. Hello, I have logged in to your site to check the issue, and I found that there is definitely some kind of security feature on the server that is blocking the request. When I try to save the settings after removing the .htaccess field (using the browser's Developer Tools console) the settings are saved correctly. To be clear, I'm talking about this field: http://take.ms/ij9xF This means that the field contains a word or something that is considered malicious, or at least suspicious by the security module/feature that is active on the server. Even though that field does not change anything unless the checkbox above it is enabled, its contents are being sent through, and that is why the request gets blocked. To fix this for now, I replaced your .htaccess file contents with the default that comes with a clean WP install: # BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> # END WordPress Your previous .htaccess file's contents are now in a file called .htaccess_old, in the same folder. The General Settings in Rank Math can now be saved correctly, however, other things on your site may not work perfectly. The proper solution would be to ask your hosting provider to disable the security feature that flags the content falsely, or at least whitelist this field somehow. Then, you can restore and use your previous .htaccess file. Hope that helps.
  12. Hello, I can still see the error popping up in your log: You can see it too, you just have to access your server through FTP and open the following file: /public_html/error_log If your hosting provider is unable or not willing to help with this issue, I too would recommend trying a different provider. Hope that helps.
  13. Hello, Thank you for the information. I have accessed your site through FTP and found the following error repeating in the error log: cURL error 6: getaddrinfo() thread failed to start This error is related to the server configuration. Please get in touch with your hosting provider to resolve this issue. Hope that helps. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
  14. Hello, Thank you, now I could access your site through FTP with the updated login details. I have made some changes in the plugin code so that it leaves some additional information in the error log when the error I mentioned occurs again. Now I would like to ask you to connect/authorize Search Console one more time in the Rank Math settings, and then please let us know when the issue happens again. We will take a look at the log and then hopefully we will be able to solve the issue. Thank you. Looking forward to your reply.
  15. Hello, I could not access your site through FTP with the provided credentials, it is giving me a timeout error. Is the FTP port number the default 21? Also please confirm that it is standard FTP, and not FTP with SSL or SFTP, and that there are no regional restrictions for the FTP connections. Thank you. Looking forward to helping you.
  16. Hello, After logging in to your site, I can see that a piece of code in the plugin related to the Search Console fails at one point with an error, but I could not find why it is happening. Could you please share your FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field, so we can try some changes in the plugin code? Thank you. Looking forward to helping you.
  17. Hello, I checked your account and I can't find any past purchases. If you purchased Schema theme from mythemeshop.com, then please login with the same username and password you used when you purchased the product. This will grant you access to the proper support forums, where you can ask any question related to the theme, 24/7. However, in case you downloaded the theme from any other (unofficial) source, then I'm afraid we won't be able assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

  19. Hello, It seems you were using an outdated version of the plugin. I have logged in to your site and installed the latest version, which should fix this issue. In newer versions of the plugin, including the one I installed now, updates will show up on your WordPress dashboard as soon as we release them, so you will get notified from now on and you will be able to update Rank Math with one click. Hope that helps. If there's any issue, please let us know. Thank you.
  20. Thank you. I have logged in to your site and made a small change in one of the plugin files, now the product pages are working. It looks like this is a bug in the plugin, I have taken note of it and we will fix it in the upcoming new version. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If there's anything else, please let us know.
  21. Hello, Sorry for the issues. From the screenshot it looks like there is a fatal error happening on your product pages. Please check your server's error logs and/or enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file to get more information about the error. Please share the error message here, along with your WordPress site URL and login details, so we can troubleshoot this issue for you. You can use the "Sensitive Data" field to share the data. Thank you. Looking forward to helping you.
  22. Hello, Sorry for the issues. The redirection rule is not working on your site because of a known bug in the plugin. We are in the process of creating a new version of the Redirections module which will address all issues with the current version and work more reliably. For now, we suggest using a separate Redirection plugin for this functionality, like the following: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ Thank you for your patience in this matter.
  23. Hello, I have logged in to your site and edited the code of the Rank Math plugin. I only added one line of code in the file that is referenced the error message. The issue might be due to a bug in the plugin. I have taken note of it and we will fix it in a future update, if we confirm that it is a bug. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. If there's anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
  24. Hello, We did receive the login credentials to your site, and we are still investigating the issue. We will get back to you as soon as we found a solution. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
