For the testimonials I would recommend that you create a link in the menu that will link to a Testimonials page where you can insert different testimonials. Perhaps even with this plugin: https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-testimonials/ Or just regular text. For the video, our support staff can help you insert a video from YouTube or Vimeo into the homepage. The date is set by the published date of the post that the review is in. If you can modify the date of any post, you should be able to modify the date of a review. Does that help? Modifying the Coupon theme to have the same functions as Groupon might be possible but you would need to hire a developer to do that for you. We cannot offer support for such type of modifications as they will be very extensive. You can find developers on UpWork.com and ask them how much it would cost.
